Krinkie's Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

We had Krinkies heating and plumbing repair company. Come to our house yesterday and also today. Both experiences were outstanding. Yesterday Frank helped us repair and get our hot water heater going again Today Dan helped us install a new Wi-Fi thermostat which my wife and I both appreciate. both Frank and Dan were excellent to work with and we really appreciate the service we received from them and the Krinkies business

Ryan was polite, super fast and efficient. Was able to fix and get my AC working on one of the hottest days of they year.

A couple more exemplary Krinkies service calls to report. Recently heating technician Shane was at our house to do a scheduled tuneup on our furnace, followed a few days later by plumbing technician Frank to replace a defunct sump pump. Both gentlemen were courteous and very competent in performing their work. They thoroughly and politely answered all our questions retaining to the service they performed, even though they must hear the same questions over and over as they make their daily service calls. In essence, both Shane and Frank are the complete professionals that one looks for in the service industry.
One other aspect caught my attention. In addition to the sump pump replacement, Frank also did some other needed plumbing repairs which he worked on over his lunch hour rather than leave and return at a later date. But Frank didn’t go hungry for long. His boss and owner of Krinkies Services, Bruce Krinkie, soon pulled into our driveway to hand Frank a large lunch bag to reward a great employee. Wow, that was impressive - the owner driving to the suburbs to provide lunch to one of his workers.
My wife and I have built up such a trust in Krinkies professionalism over the years that we now quickly contact them for any heating, air conditioning and plumbing services we need.

Excellent, detail-oriented, trustworthy service. We really appreciate that Dan always takes time to explain things thoroughly and does first-rate work. We are long-term clients and highly recommend Krinkie's.

After interacting with a couple of other companies, we chose Krinkie's to replace our 35-year-old furnace with a new, higher-efficiency model.

Unlike the competitors, who quickly pressed the expectation that we'd need to replace our furnace and (newer) AC system together, David K. spent time laying out the various costs, benefits, and energy-company rebates of different furnaces and furnace-AC combos. We chose to hold off on replacing the AC--we would have gotten a discount, but we don't use it much, and we bet that we could squeeze some more life out of it. David was perfectly accommodating, and prepped a great quote. We paid so much less than we would have with the other guys!

Andy B. and his installation team were extremely professional. They arrived on time, provided periodic updates, finished around when they thought they would, and trained my wife an me on the thermostat and filter maintenance. I had questions about filter quality and frequency, and he was happy to answer them all, with stories of how different members of his family made different choices. That was instructive!

Overall, Krinkie's is a responsible, local alternative to high-pressure HVAC sales operations. If Bonfe or someone else red-tags your HVAC and tries to convince you to sign something on the spot, get a second opinion from these folks!

Paul Nelson is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He has taken care of my HVAC system since I’ve owned my home. He has given me great advice on how to maximize the efficiency of my equipment, and even makes sure the batteries are changed in my thermostat. He pays great attention to detail.

Krinkie’s is always responsive when I call. They have replaced a water heater for me, and I have an appointment for one of their plumbers to replace my main water valve on Monday. I highly recommend Krinkie’s and Paul Nelson as a technician.

Shane K was excellent. The whole team really. They called to say they had a cancellation and were in the neighborhood if i would like my annual maintenance done. I had a tight window before i had to leave, but Shane was able to accommodate and have me on my way in plenty of time. He found 2 minor issues that need to be addressed - better now than on the coldest night of the year. Thanks Shane. Thanks Krinkie

Excellent service from Mike H. Prompt, courteous, competent, efficient. Mike also answered our many questions about the heating system (we had recently moved into the house) and plumbing and drain questions and problems. He recommended solutions to problems and explained clearly why he recommended what he did. As a result we will be contacting Krinkie's for additional services. More than satisfied with Mike's superb service.

Dan tryed everything to get the AC running but it came down to the Compressor. When they go it's game over. Great effort though. Thanks Dan
