Joe D. was fantastic! He was so kind and professional! I just moved here from GA, so he gave me lots of helpful tips on how to make sure my HVAC stays functioning well in the Minnesota weather. In my opinion, he went above and beyond!

My A/C was not working. Due to the hot weather, I expected to wait at least a day or more, for service. However, the scheduling person called that same afternoon and stated a service person was on the way.
Joe, arrived and promply, got right to work diagnosing and solving the issue. Despite it being hot, he accessed the attic space to inspect the spacepak system. Truly impressed with Joe's professionalism and work ethic. He explained what the options were and performed the work efficiently. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Krinkie's and specifically Joe. Krinkies is now my preferred vendor and recommend them to everyone. (FYI - I have no affiliation with Krinkie's, nor the service person, just a satisfied customer.)

The on-call tech did great. He came out right when I needed him on a 3-day weekend, gave me a good diagnosis and i think really helped explain my options for a new furnace. I ultimately went with another vendor mostly due to price (I got a rediculous deal with the other I hope I don't regret).

Well when it rains, it pours, and Krinkie's has been there helping me every step of the way! They have been absolutely amazing from my water heater, HVAC maintenance and fixes, couple plumbing events, and most recently my electrical being taken out from a storm. I was blown away by this last need where they pulled the permits, got the inspector out as fast as humanely possible, and even called Xcel to finish getting me back on the grid. They keep you informed every step of the way and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They definitely give me small town feels with their service and quality.

Jeff and his apprentice did a great job with the electrical jobs we had. We had multiple things going on Jeff and Jon were diligent, asked us exactly what we wanted an executed on our needs. We will be having him back when we do electrical work on our Kitchen.
