Sila came through for me on the coldest day of the year when the heat quit working. They answered my call and able to book me right away (2 days out). Wes who answered the phone was super helpful in a stressful situation for me. They put me on the cancel list. A few hours later they called with an appointment the next morning. I was relieved!
Ken, the Sila tech was wonderful! Very professional and courteous - oh and he wore booties in my house.
He took me through the issues at hand and explained all options. I felt very comfortable with his recommendations. The issue required Ken to come back later in the day. He called to keep me posted on his ETA and arrived at the expected time. I need further work done and hope that it’s Ken who returns. I highly recommend Sila and their team!

Mike Shai did a fantastic job! He arrived early and was in and out in a breeze. Definitely would recommend Sila to any friends and family. If possible, request Mike as he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding our AC. What a wonderful guy!!

Used Sila for repairs to old furnace. Technician was familiar with the burner and quickly made repairs, then conducted tests on multiple parameters and made adjustments for peak efficiency.
Recent new, high-efficiency, furnace installation was made quickly and professionally. Crew was in and out in nine hours, including the removal of our old dinosaur of a furnace. Would highly recommend Sila for all heating service and installations.

We worked with Harry recently and it was a great experience. He was on time and professional during our service maintenance appointment. Harry was thorough and talked to us about our HVAC system and how to make it more efficient for our home. He took the time to answer all our questions and address our concerns. Jimmy and Justin did an excellent job of installing a new furnace and heat pump. Both were professional, friendly, and dealt with unforeseen problems successfully. SILA may not be the cheapest but its work and customer service is of very high quality.

Sila is an excellent company to work with. They just finished installing a new A/C system and like with the combi boiler they installed two years ago they did it on an emergency basis one day after calling them for help. Justin and Jimmy did my A/C install this week and were professional and friendly. Sila isn't the cheapest option for HVAC installations, but you get what you pay for with top quality equipment, installation, and maintenance.

Ryan D. arrived on time at the beginning of our service window to complete annual service on our two HVAC zones. He was professional, knowledgable and addressed all my questions with care and provided excellent insight. Noticed one of our compressor fan motors leaking oil with signs of overheating and said we could proactively replace it now or wait as it would eventually need replacing as it is 10yrs old but not an extreme rush - no upselling at all! Will continue to use Sila for our HVAC needs.

SILA was prompt in replacing our furnace and water heater. They were timely, professional, and the work was done extremely well. The warranty and follow-up quality assurance are great features of the service.

Steven Treska was meticulous and did an amazing job. He was thorough and manage to find the root cause of a leak that had persisted for 3 years. He came back the following day with what he needed to fix the identified leak, and fix it. Fingers crossed this has put the matter to rest for good.

Sila did a fantastic job replacing my furnace.
The job was challenging in both the small space it had to go into as well as the legacy of sub-optimal heating circuit route choices made in the original installation which would need to be fixed.
All phases of Sila's effort were very professional from the pre-sales assessment through the hand off to the implementation team to the final verification, tuning and hand off the home owner step. Sila installed an impressive new system which also fixed the issues carrying over from the previous installation. They were very respectful of my time showing up on time/early and worked late to complete the job when they were on site. They left the work site cleaner and neater than they found it. I've owned multiple houses and replaced and rehabbed the HVAC in all of them now and Sila is by far the best experience I've had in this non-trivial undertaking.
