Accutemp was great to work with to retrofit a heat pump system to my late 1960's era house. They provided me with multiple options for the hardware install, helped configure a system that would keep the house comfortable year-round, and then presented me with the most competitive quote I received for my project. The install team was great to work with the week they were here, and put in a lot of effort to clean up as they installed ceiling vents and minisplit units in my house. Throughout the project, they were extremely professional and prioritized excellent customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Accutemp for your HVAC project. (I was in no way incentivized to write this review, Accutemp did a great job!)

Service rep was courteous and professional. The only negative aspect relates to the truck which was leaking oil or transmission fluid on a new asphalt driveway! The company should be aware of this condition and remedy the same.

Used Accutemp to get my furnace checked out after i was turned away from other companies due to call volume. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set up an appointment and their response time was top notch. The technician they sent out was very personable and was knowledgeable. He went through my system and addressed any issues it had, consulted me on repairs and gave me a fair price. He made the repairs on the spot and had the unit back up and running before he left in the same day. Glad I called them.

Accutemp did a great job replacing my old package unit (combined gas furnace and electric AC) with a modern, efficient Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heat pump. What really impressed me about Accutemp was that they were responsive and able to get the job done. I talked to several different vendors before ultimately contracting with Accutemp - one prominent installer was willing to do a zoom call to make a recommendation about a new system "in a few weeks", another installer said he had customers waiting for Mitsubishi heat pumps to arrive since five months ago and didn't know when he would even be able to get units to install.

When I spoke to Accutemp, Damon showed up the next day to measure my furnace closet and make a recommendation of a system that would work for my condo, including recommending an exterior unit that could be wall-mounted to fit my particular unit. Damon told me he would be able to get the Mitsubishi Hyper Heat model that I wanted within 6-8 weeks of receiving my deposit - and he had it and was ready to go within that time frame as promised. Accutemp lined up their own electric sub-contractor to install the supplemental heat, so I didn't have to do any of the work finding an electrician (another installer had told me, "well, you'll have to find your own electrician to wire up the circuit for the supplemental heat..."), so I was glad that Accutemp took care of all of that for me. They were even able to use an adapter to keep my Eccobee thermostat, which was important to me because I like to be able to monitor the temperature from my Apple watch.

For the install itself, Donny and his crew did a good job keeping my condo clean despite having to move all of that heavy machinery through it (thank you!), and the electricians were careful not to leave a mess or poke more holes than needed to run the new circuit through my ceiling.

I can't speak to the air conditioning side of the heat pump yet (since the new unit was installed in November), but the heat works very well and keeps my unit at exactly the temperature that I set it. Even when it's pretty cold out (e.g., 19 degrees, like this past week), the heat pump has worked perfectly.

I would recommend Accutemp for anyone in the area who wants a hassle-free installation. They get it done.

Service man arrived during the scheduled time and was able to perform all scheduled maintenance in a reasonable time. He also pointed out possible issues moving forwared for me to monitor.

From first call responsive engaged and professional. Installed new Hvac system challenging situation Damon figured it out. Install was on time on budget. Will Def use this company again.

Was pleased with the service, the only issue that I have is that the tech did not replace the filters, when I questioned him he said they where clean. They have always replaced the filters and for what we pay for the semi annual maint I think filters should be replaced.

Accutemps technician was on time and conducted himself and a professional manner. He really took the time to go over all the repairs he had to do before doing them and let us know ahead of time what the cost would be. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC service needed at your residence or buisiness. Their response time was incredibly fast and they saved us money in the long run.

Used accutemp over the summer when my AC was not working. They arrived and fixed my AC the same day I called. Their tech thoroughly explained to me what the issue was and helped me get a better understating of my system. Also, this is the first company that completely cleaned up everything and made the equipment look better than it was before they arrived. I will definitely be using accutemp in the future. I could not recommend this company any more. A fews years back I was in a vocational high school searching for a cooperative education internship with a HVAC company. Accutemp was the only company that reached back to me, they quickly set up an interview and offered me a position. I was the first student in my grade to go out on Co-op. I am so glad the company immediately responded and was willing to work with me. I the environment was extremely professional, educational and had a level of comradeship I found welcoming. Throughout the program they both taught and let me demonstrate my knowledge, allowing me to become the top student in my shop.
