Amazing experience with this company! AC went out on a Sunday and they managed to make it out same day. They called when the technician was 30 minutes out and then showed up in that time frame! Rob was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and was also just a really good guy. AC was working when he left. Amazing customer service! Would 10/10 recommend!

I've used Sila for both a new oil boiler and a kitchen faucet issue. The boiler turned out to be an emergency (10+-year-old old boiler cracked) and they were quick to answer the phone and quick to replace. Communication was great, even on a Sunday in winter. The faucet repair was smooth. Roy answered all of my (probably stupid) questions and was very considerate, putting on shoe covers since it was raining outside, asking before doing anything, etc. I'm a new homeowner so I learned a lot across these interactions, and I have had zero issues working with Sila.

I had to schedule service for the chiller unit (a Whalen fan coil unit) in my condo. Sila was recommended to me as a very reputable company. I made the appointment and was completely clear about the kind of unit that needed service. I repeated it, also saying that it was a very large building. I did that because some companies can service these, and others can't. The person on the phone seemed more interested in making an appointment than listening. Nonetheless, they could get there before the weekend which was a big plus because we've had some hot weather. 2 hours before the appointment several days later they called me and said, oh we don't service those. Sorry. So now we've had a long delay in getting it fixed, I totally rearranged my schedule for nothing, and are starting back at zero.

Sila was amazing! I had to have one of my mini splits compressors and 3 headers replaced due to poor installation. Sila came to look at my units on Monday, started the install on Wednesday where they found additional electrical issues, and finished it all by Thursday. They did an amazing job and were completely professional. The installers, Jason and Jimmy, were awesome and informed me of all decisions as well as walked me through the system. I would recommend Sila to anyone looking to service your ductless systems

After a consultation and quote with Chad, we replaced our 30-year-old boiler and hot water tank with a high-efficiency combination boiler/hot water unit. One week later, so far, so good and we were delighted by the quick turnaround.

Ling and Jose, our installation team, were friendly, prompt, organized and systematic, and the 2-day installation ran smoothly. During the installation, one of the Sila team called to check in and book the final inspection for the morning after the job was complete. The senior technician who completed the final checks on the unit could have been more friendly, but he answered all of our questions, and the new unit is running smoothly.

Upon completion of work and payment, we received a helpful email that included all the precise details required for the Mass Save rebate application.

Overall, we had a positive experience and we would recommend Sila for your HVAC needs.

After waiting 5 weeks for my annual AC service I received a VM that they were cancelling my appointment today because they were too busy with other repairs. I definitely will not use them but who can I call now since we are in the prime time for AC. They did the same thing last year until I posted a negative Google review and I received a call that they had a technician they could send. At the same time they asked if I would remove my negative review. I did remove it and foolishly called them back this year. Never again !!

I love this company. They offer 24-7 customer response team and arranged the fastest appointment for us! (Other companies are not even answering to their phones) The engineer, Ryan came right away, just on time! He is very professional and kind. He found the root cause fast and clear. In our case, the outdoor AC unit was too old and the capacitor and fan motor should be replaced. Luckily he figured out the problem so quick, he had all the replacement unit with him. He saved me, my husband and our cats from 89 degrees of heats! Ryan is true life savior! I totally recommend this company, thanks to Ryan! No more sleeping in the basement! Thank you so much!!!

I had a high velocity air conditioning system installed last year. It came with five years' worth of annual checkups, and this year's was done in April. We haven't had to use the system much because it wasn't hot enough, but this weekend it was - and it stopped working. I called in on Memorial Day and one of their technicians, David, was here a few hours later. Turns out a drain was clogged. He had it cleaned up and going in less than half an hour, and also left me a manual for my programmable thermostat which the original installers did not. I'm extremely happy with the professionalism and service and highly recommend this company!
