Sila Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

We put in our SILA Heat/AC (ductless) system 18 years ago. Excellent product, with outstanding and prompt service. Annual service plan is worth every penny.

We learned about SILA from our friends, as they had used them in the past. This is a great company, and we were happy to have Justin and Jordan to make it all happen. They put in a new HVAC system, including a compressor, and brought everything up to code. We will absolutely be using them in the future.

I had a great experience with Sila and would highly recommend! The tech, Steve, was very polite and knowledgeable. The staff was also very polite over the phone. Most importantly, they came very quickly!! MUCH better experience than I had with previous company!

I had my system installed by Sila several years ago and they did a good job. Very recently, my heating system was non-responsive late at night and I called their on-call technician, Michael. He guided me through a system restart while I went to the attic. He was very courteous, patient and encouraging, and we got the system up and running. Michael is a significant asset to the organization. Thank you!

In 2021 Sila installed a new Carrier Infinity furnace in my attic. It ran great until this winter when it kept triggering an ignition lockout error and shutting down (this was a manufacturer failure, had nothing to do with the installation). Sila's technician, Ryan, quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem as a faulty gas valve, replaced it with a new part -- no charge, since it was under warranty -- and I haven't had any trouble since. Only downside was that it took the warehouse manager 10 days to get the part, so the 5 stars is for Ryan and for the fact that the company is responsive to warranty claims with no hassle and no charge.

Sila has been awesome to work with over the last few years with our two units. And today’s Technician, Mike, was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process effortless.

Nicholas is amazing. He’s addressed two different problems at my place on different occasions: a thermostat that another technician said “could’t be fixed” without complicated re-wiring (Nicholas’ was a simple solution), and another quick diagnostic with a malfunctioning water heater. Very competent and relatable. Great guy/great experience.

SILA did maintenance today on our heating/HVAC system. The technician was Harry, and he could not have been better. He spent all the time needed to make sure everything was running smoothly, and was very pleasant to work with.

Eric of Sila was a gem to work with. He was pleasant, found fixes for small annoyances that needed maintenance, and went the extra mile to help in different areas of maintenance. If the rest of the employees at Sila are like Eric, you’re in good hands.

Brian M was great. He figured out our issue and saved us from the cold! He also was very helpful in setting up next steps. Sila was also available on short notice. Much appreciated!
