I received excellent customer service from Unique, she helped me with my invoice questions. She was very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, and provided clear explanations to help me understand my invoice. What I appreciated most was her positive and friendly attitude, and she never made me feel like my questions were a bother. Overall, my experience with Sila was exceptional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service.

David came to my property in Somerville for a leaking central air system. He showed up at exactly the agreed upon time and was friendly and expeditious in his analysis of the aged system. Upon investigation he found that the system did not have a major leak as we had feared and he was able to get the levels adjusted and it running properly again. I had a great experience with Sila and look forward to using them again.

The whole process from estimate to end of installation was great! Everything was on time. Couldn't say enough of how great of a job the installer Paget Warmer did along with the other guys! Very professional, top line work and explained everything from beginning to end. Easily 5 stars. Would highly recommend Sila services and for sure will be having them do work for future jobs.

Nov 29 2022 Called for service, "my Boiler is leaking lots of water in basement,and heat stopped " was told $195 and first 15 min of diagnostic. then and additional $90 each additional 30 minutes , which i agreed to , Tech arrived same day..Great! Tech removed cabinet of boiler , turned Boiler back on Leak started up , he looked water, shut Boiler off , used voltage tool ,suggested replacement, I asked if he could "stop leak because otherwise it was running fine. he said he could not because when we repair we do it right.After an additonal 20 to25 minutes he gave me an estimate of $3500. to repair but did also suggest i might consider a new system, agian i asked about the leak , but he said he could not and that i should not run this till repaired.
He left with a check for $285. I was dazed! went on youtube .
found similar problem. Well a trip to homedepot a purchase of a TACO 007-f5, unscrewed 4 bolts disconnected 2 wires removed then replaced piece reattached new wires (2 of them) 2 hours 20 mins later i had heat! Yes i agreed to the $195. but the extra time looking up part numbers on cell phone and a $3500 repair estimate has me very confused, but not as much as why a TACO 007-f5 ( which im sure they carry in their truck) wasnt even mentioned. I would LOVE a responce to this, because right now i really feel CHEATED out of $90.

We recently had the annual maintenance done on our ductless mini split system, which we use for AC in the summer and heat in the winter. Jason advised a thorough cleaning of the air handlers, which was definitely needed. He did an excellent job. The system is definitely running better now. He was patient with us, and took the time to answer our questions and advise us how to get the most out of our system. We are very pleased with the work he did. Highly recommended!

Entire experience with Sila was great, prompt response to my call, same day service. David the technician was an absolute gem and I also have to say Amy the dispatcher was also great with reaching out on scheduling and making sure we could align on times. Really appreciate the prompt response and professional service, and fair guidance.

Michael was very prompt and professional. He used show coverings without even asking. He know the problem and fixed it right away. He showed us the workings of the A/C unit. Would definitely use them again

I cannot thank or praise highly enough the workers who installed a new AC system in my apartment last week. I especially want to thank Matt and Jordan who had to work really hard to remove the old system before it could be swapped out. Thanks, too, to Nick the foreman and Rob. Also, Rob the electrician, who did an amazing job. All members of the team who contributed to this effort were friendly, professional, diligent, and efficient. I recommend them all to anyone who is thinking of using Sila's services.

Sila was recommended to me by two different neighbors so when I realized my compressor outside wasn’t working I called them and they were able to come out the next day. Brian was very knowledgeable, professional and patient, finding the problem within 10 min of being there. He was able to resolve this issue during that same visit. He also answered all of my general heating questions while he was there which was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

We have been using Sila for years and our service today for our AC was great! Michael S. was terrific and ended up staying longer to do some additional maintenance on the outside unit, which we really appreciated! Thanks Michael!
