Ivan was WONDERFUL! He explained everything very clearly, went thru the entire process of how to flush out our system (pointed out each lever and knob) and is clearly an expert in this business. He was professional, friendly, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. I will request him every time we need service! And the customer service people I spoke with on the phone were excellent as well, polite, professional, and friendly. I am recommending Sila to all of my friends and neighbors!!

Their tech Doug has impeccable manners and arrived with his face mask on. I greatly appreciate that in a pandemic.

It really stinks to see so many good reviews for these guys -- it makes me wonder what they have against me. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with (I get put on hold and then the call just gets dropped). I tried calling multiple locations and the same thing happened each time. I bought my HVAC through them, but I'll definitely be using someone else for service (why do I even need service when they only installed the thing two years ago?!?!)

Kyle was excellent! He really made sure to address all of our heating issues; offering solutions or explanations where necessary. I would highly recommend his work. Excellent customer service from the first moment I called all the way through the process.

We had a coil go on our central air. Sila was able to come out promptly for a diagnostic appointment. They were able to identify the problem and order the part for us. There was a bit of a delay in getting scheduled to be fixed. But overall we had a good experience. The workers were polite, professional, and experienced.

We used Sila/Johnston Air to install a new air conditioning system in our home last year. From beginning to end the company and everyone we worked with did an amazing job! They are courteous and professional and were a pleasure to work with. They reached out again this year when it was time for our annual service and the same people who did the install arrived to do the service! Great company and one we can definitely recommend!

Kyle was great - knowledgeable, friendly, polite and explained everything that he did as he did it. He would make a great teacher. As a former business owner (now retired) he is the kind of employee that I would want representing my company in the field. He tried to up sell (something that every rep should do) me and I like what he told me - I will likely follow his advice and get a maintenance plan. Just a great guy doing a great job!!
