I have had very good experience with all the employees at Basnett Plumbing. The office staff is helpful and responsive. The technicians have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and will take the time to answer questions and teach you. They do a very thorough job with the maintenance of our appliances through their maintenance program . They are helpful in trying to find ways to save you money.

Bassett was responsive, with a competitive quote. Wayne was great! Friendly, on time, and was ready to go. We were redoing our shower and he redid all the plumbing and replaced the leaking tub drain. Will use them again!

Technician was nice, courteous but I hadn’t realized it was $69 or $200 for a simple call out with zero work and zero analysis. I had already shut the water off and identified the problem the tech agreed with me quoted me different options for repair all of which were 2 times higher than another technician. Then when I said I would have to think about it I was told it was $69 for 5 mins of his time just to look at what was an obvious issue. Had I known this wasn’t a free consult I’d have never booked this company. Consequently it’s still cheaper to go elsewhere even with paying them $69 for 0 work!

I've worked with Basnett for the past 6 years on various services, from furnace/boiler cleaning, thermostat replacement, fixing a leaky shower, to a referral for a sewer line clog (old house here. I had my heat/hot water go out right before hosting Thanksgiving and they were able to quickly help - they're customer-focused supportive with scheduling. All of the technicians I've worked with have been polite and professional and interested in explaining to me exactly what they're doing.

Jay was wonderful. He ck the complete ac/heat system and we were getting warm heat out of unit when he finished. He also a wire in my sump pump to keep it from getting in the way of the float. Was very happy with his work.

Taylor Wescott was super professional, fast and amazing!! This was an emergency plumbing issue and our water heater was leaking and we have young kids so we needed hot water asap and they were able to schedule us in super quick!!!! And pricing was fair and reasonable!

The service that Basnett provides deserves more than 5 stars. AMAZING service. Paul L led the team that replaced the furnaces and AC units in our home. It was not a simple job. I cannot say enough good things about the project from start to finish. John was so attentive and helpful when coming up with a plan to replace the units. Jake and Lisa came to the house the day after the unit replacements were done to seal the ducts. Very professional and personable. We also had great experiences working with Dan in the winter. Nancy was also wonderful to work with and very on top of things. Everyone from Basnett has gone above and beyond to provide the best service possible for us. THANK YOU!
