Basnett is a well run, professional company. Taylor was here for over 5 hours, until about 8pm on a Friday, working on our heat. He kept us updated, was very knowledgeable, and a true professional. Because of employees like him we will continue to use Basnett.

He was excellent in his troubleshooting and repair of the problem. In this incident he gets the highest recommendation from me. He is highly skilled.

Everyone from quote to install who came and worked on the project was friendly and knowledgeable. It seems like this company really values the education of their employees. Jake & Bob came to seal our ducts after Zach and his crew and Mike the electrician did the install of new heat pump and furnace and thermostat. We did recieve lower quotes for the project, but they won us over in the end and it was a pleasure working with everyone. It seems like this company also values the education and advancement of their employees, too which is always good to see.

We were overdue for preventative maintenance for our oil boiler and hot water system. Jay came through and did a great job in a short amount of time. I didn’t know how badly poor water quality affects the system and will be more regular with our PM going forward. It was good to touch on water purification systems and put it on the project list. I really appreciated all the attention he gave my questions and I’m definitely satisfied with the support that Basnett provides.

Taylor was knowledgeable and very friendly. He gave me estimates before the work started!
And became the giant vanity he was installing was not in the bathroom yet, he asked if he could help me and then helped position it exactly where I wanted it. Above and beyond

Wayne Lambert did a fantastic job installing a new hot water heater in our home. He’s extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend using him for all your plumbing needs.

Taylor was very easy-going and friendly and fixed the drip on the water tank. I also appreciated that he took the time to explain the situation, what might be causing the drip, and what the correct water pressure should be coming into the house. That was helpful and respectful.

Leo has been servicing our boiler for a few years and now has added our AC maintenance. He is always professional and great to work with. Great customer service. Leo identifies potential issues in a clear manner and provides some recommendations for both short-term and long-term. Would definitely recommend Leo for servicing needs.
