Replaced kitchen sink faucet, sink drainer and dishwasher connection. Work was done very well and Taylor did an excellent job in fixing all the issues.

Phinias has been over a few times and is always prompt and professional. He does very good work on everything I’ve thrown at him. Highly recommend.

Matthew thorough, courteous, and technically skilled. He noticed a nearly indictable leak , showed it to me so there were no surprises at the end, and then fixed it.

Christmas morning, and the well pump pipes froze (again). Felt terrible calling Bassnett for help, after trying and not succeeding to thaw out, and at first they weren’t sure they could come out, but Wayne agreed, having fixed it multiple times before. Fortunately for all, some heat on the pipes thawed us out and we saved Wayne the trip and gave him his Christmas morning back. But we’re very grateful he was planning to come over.

Roger Morse and his team did a superb job of installing 6 ACs in our home last week. They were punctual, friendly, and worked long hours to get the job done. They were technically expert and explained things to us in plain language as they went along. We recommend their service to anyone who want to have ACs installed.

Our sump pump failed, basement flooded, water tank/boiler broke, and only had hours before the night time temperature set in which would have caused pipes to freeze if heat not fixed. Roger and his apprentice, Matt, showed up early and got the job done. New sump pump, new water tank, and even FaceTimed us to help with some post-job questions after hours. Next time, I won’t shop around or even consider a competitor, Bassnet is my go-to moving forward.

Explained the maintenance packages very well. Completed the maintenance on the heating system and the water heater. A/C will be scheduled for the Spring. I feel secure in knowing the maintenance has been completed in a very professional way. Thank you!

Wayne just left our house after an emergency repair, and as usual he was terrific. He's experienced and professional, explains in detail the diagnosis and repair work needed. He's friendly and answers all of my questions. Great customer service.
