Basnett Plumbing, Heating, & AC

Have used Basnett exclusively for more than 20 years. The whole operation is very well run. All of the technicians assigned to provide service have been patient, polite and professional. Can’t ask for anything more than that!

Good company. Friendly people. I really like their CRM system - I would like to see this in every service business any size.
However, be careful with their MassSave rebate evaluations. I didn't get my rebate.

UPD: after consulting with Basnett Pluming, Heating, & AC and multiple calls to MassSave we finally got our rebate. It was the MassSave issue. So, two stars to MassSave, five stars for Basnett Pluming, Heating, & AC. Glad to be their client.

Their after hours response time was under 1 hr, they walked me through triaging the problem, kept me on a wait list for emergency service, responded within minutes after I called back when the problem started to get worse and promptly arrived the next morning and completed the repairs (2 different burst pipes) in under 3 hours.

Installed a replacement AC for a 20+ year old compressor with new condensation coils. Arrived promptly the morning of the installation, completed the work that day and after a quick call to the office they stayed till I could get back to the job site, walked through the job with me, and explained everything they did. Super professional. Explained specifics about what codes applied to the work. I’d use them again.

Had heat pump installed with 6 mini-splits. Work was scheduled promptly after we accepted the proposal, technicians were professional, polite, explained things well, cleaned up. Work done in less time than estimated. Estimate included all work, including electrical.

Wayne from Basnett has done quite a lot of plumbing work on our house and I highly recommend him. He knows his stuff, is very professional, and makes sure that the work he is doing will address the plumbing issues we are having.

We had Basnett Plumbing, Heating and AC install a hybrid heat pump/furnace system as well as 200 amp service upgrade from 100 amps. Paul Lizotte was the HVAC primary installer and Michael DeAngelis was the primary electrician. They and their crew came in and did an excellent job installing our new heating and cooling system and as well upgrading our electrical. They were very professional and fast. I would certainly use them again and for any other house mechanical, plumbing, or electrical issues.

Today’s appointment was the second time I have had a plumbing issue and called Basnett. Phineas was the technician both times. He was on time, extremely efficient and left the bathroom in pristine condition both times. I highly recommend him. I will definitely call Basnett again for my plumbing and heating issues.

It wasn't a great feeling knowing that you couldn't shower before going to work and also you have family visiting and there's no hot water. Then you go downstairs to see why and your basement is flooded. I called a couple of plumbing companies and all were busy for the day and couldn't fit me in till a couple days. I called basnett plumbing and got an appointment for early morning the next day. The technician was on time within the time frame given,he access the system and in 2 1/2 hours he was done. Amazing job and amazing service and excellent technician.

Showed up when we were told he'd be there. Assessed issue and explained best procedure to get heating system running efficiently again. Serviced system and was extremely helpful in his explanation of services performed. Offered further suggestion on up keep of system and left area cleaned well before leaving.

Taylor was knowledgeable, professional, personable and patient in explaining the problem, assessing the issue and providing solutions. Not the first time we’ve used Basnett, and it won’t be the last. Highly recommend.
