During one of the hardest and most important times of year (New England winter!), Basnett was quick to get out to us within a few days of our reported issue and the tech they sent out, Jay, was personable and professional. Got our immediate issue resolved (flame sensor) and were low to recommend followup and maintainance services in a straight forward manner without feeling like they were trying to up charge. Really took good care of us.

They've been fantastic with their responsiveness and help getting our old system back online while we wait our turn to get the new heat pump installed.

We needed electrical repairs to a switch not working and a bathroom light fixture replaced. Michael and his assistant were extremely friendly and did an excellent job for us! He was very communicative about what he was going to do, asked me any relevant questions about preferences and performed the work efficiently and cleanly. He checked with me to make sure everything looked as expected before leaving. Pricing was fair and is guaranteed. I’m very happy and will definitely use him again. It was also a bonus that he had time in his schedule when other contractors I called were booking way out on their calendars. Thanks, Mike!

We had the rusting toilet pipes replaced and had him evaluate couple of dropped vanity sinks. Taylor was very knowledgeable and professional. He clearly stated why he wouldn't be able to fix the dropped sink and recommended a countertop company. And then got down to replacing the toilet pipes. He did the job quietly and efficiently.

Same day service for a leaky sump pump. Taylor was courteous and efficient. He explained his estimate clearly. Nice job!

Wayne came promptly on Sunday to fix the shower faucet, which wouldn’t turn off. He found the problem and repaired the faucet. I felt less anxious about the problem as soon as he arrived, due to his positive outlook professional manner and agreeable nature. Wayne explained what he had found, what he did to fix it, and gave me some tips on how to prevent it from happening again.

Matthew did an excellent job on the maintenance of our Mitsubishi split pump system. Super satisfied with the work and price.

Technician and representatives are awesome very friendly and knowledgeable. But buyer beware pricing is very expensive. Tech was on site for 3 hours charged $500 to replace a pump and the an additional $580 to purge the system. When I contacted the office I was told they are not a time and material shop and each task has a cost. So I paid labor to install the pump $480 ($130 part) and an additional $580 in labor (3 hours on site) to purge the system. But they waved the $180 diagnostic fee. Oh wait I paid that when a previous technician came out for the burner service. Ouch!
Feel bad giving a poor review to the technician because he was great.
