Great communication in person and via text/email

I called them for a quote. They asked me to send a form filled in with details. I did that and they just disappeared. No response yet. I contacted them in August and no reply till date. Not profesional I would say. They should have got back to me with something. How do you trust people that disappear.

Their employees drive like maniacs. Almost causing accidents. No consideration for other motorists or the laws governing the roads. And if they care that little about their own vehicles and others', I HIGHLY doubt they'll care about their work either. Plenty of GOOD companies to contract with. Don't waste your hard earned money with this company.
Never mind that if you actually call to inquire WHY they drive so recklessly, your met with a rather rude receptionist and an absentee owner and/or manager.

3 visits and my kitchen faucet still leaks. Also, in trying to make toilet better, it’s now worse and not refilling.

Zach was great. His work was professional and well executed. The pride he took in his work gave me confidence that I was getting the best solution for my house. Heat pumps are still new to the market and he was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him and Basnett.

Taylor did an outstanding job putting in a new shower head in my bathroom. He was very clear with going over pricing and what work / labor needed to be done,

The technician repaired a faucet and installed a new part, and made us aware of a valve that was breaking down and would have caused problems in the future, and had caused the problem that led to us calling the plumber in the first place. Even though it was costly, we were glad to have the whole story and have the issue fully addressed.

5 out of 5 stars. Taylor was professional, friendly, and on time. Explained the process to me, kept everything clean and organized, absolutely excellent experience. Will be going to them for all my household needs going forward.
