Jerrod & Joe arrived promptly and discussed my install options in detail and to my satisfaction. All work was completed within 5 hours and full explanation of how to operate system was covered. They cleaned up the work area and were very respectful and polite during the entire visit. Very good job!

As a new homeowner, this was my first experience with Nashoba Air and Boiler Works. I must say I was quite pleased! Tony was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining my A/C system. He even suggested that I shadow him so I would have a better understanding of the maintenance process. He was approachable and professional.

Tommy from Nashoba Air came out to do a boiler cleaning, and review a minor issue we were having. He recommended replacing our ignitor and returned a few days later when the part arrived. Tommy was very professional and easy to chat with. I also appreciate Nashoba Air's adoption of helpful technology to provide updates on when technicians will arrive.

Nashoba Air and BoilerWorks was highly recommended to us by a friend about 20 years ago and ever since then their technicians are taking your of our home's heating system. They are reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, on time and just great to work with. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Tony did our annual system maintenance yesterday and exceeded our expectations. He was very thorough and explained everything. As a bonus, when we learned that he used to install office furniture, we asked if he would take a look at my broken pencil drawer, which he did with no hesitation. He made some adjustments and advised us on what to do next. His pleasant, professional and helpful manner on top of his technical skills gives him a top rating in my book.

Went from getting an estimate for getting our upstairs rooms fitted with ductless ac/heat to fully installed in about a month, when the last place I tried to use told me a minimum of 3 months wait. Everyone was professional and courteous along the way, and they even finished the install a day earlier than expected. Would highly recommend using them, and I expect to use them if I have any further work needed.

He checked and cleaned everything thoroughly, answered all of my many questions patiently and clearly, and went out of his way to make sure I understood all the steps I should take in addition to this annual cleaning/system check for my system to work at peak efficiency. He really knows these systems well - 2 heat pumps with ducts and one ductless unit. Plus he carefully cleans up after the work. I couldn't ask for anyone better. I hope Nashoba Air sends him again next year. "
