Extremely pleased with the service provided to repair my heating system. Jose did an excellent job in quickly identifying the problems. He thoroughly explained all of the issues and efficiently completed the repairs needed to restore my heat and hot water.

We hired them for the first time to help fix the problem with our AC unit and were throughly impressed. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained the problem patiently and helped address all our queries. Nashoba also has a good membership program that gives you discounts for repair work if needed. The Nashoba Air and Boiler Works team arrived on schedule with all the parts and equipment to replace our oil furnace. The workers made appropriate measures ( drop cloths and feet coverings) to avoid and soiling of floors and carpets. They removed the old furnace from the basement and then commenced the installation of the new furnace. During the process the team was joined by other Nashoba to undertake special tasks (sheet metal, electricians, other technicians) to complete the install process. The team worked seamlessly and professionally together in completing the install in one day. I was impressed by their team work and they left the job site very clean. I had a great experience with this company after a pretty disappointing experience with a competitor. While the competitor charged me $200 to tell us our central air unit was broken but couldn’t fix it without someone from their sales department making a separate trip out, Nashoba BoilerWorks came out right away, and fixed it within minutes. Literally about 5-10 minutes. Doug, the technician, was very friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be giving them my business again.
