Called on a Sunday morning for an issue with my A/C unit not working. Received the answer service and they said someone would call back within an hour and if no one called to call back. Right on schedule someone from the office called back, explained my issue and had an appointment scheduled for Monday at 7:30am. Then I received a text alert to confirm the appointment, great option. On the Monday, the technician Jose called at 7:30am and said he was on his way. Then I received a text with his information and picture. Awesome use of technology. Jose looked at the issue, explained the problem, provided a instant quote, which I approved on the spot. He had the parts with him, which was great. Checked out and tested the entire system and cleaned the A/C coils. Everything went great. I also requested a service contract quote for next year, which I received within an hour. I highly recommend this company and will be a customer moving forward.

Had my dual duct vacuum cleaned. The work was professionally done, and at a reasonable price. The workers were great.
This is the second time I have had them do the work, and highly recommend them!!
Recently, the mother board in my 15,000 BTU had to be replaced; I was given a quote of $750, but when the technician came out to install it, the part was not the right one, and I was told that the “real” part would cost $1,300.
When the new part came, the service manager called me to say he would honor the original quote.
I cannot tell anyone how pleased I was with the integrity and professionalism shown by the company, it’ service technicians and customer service representatives.
