Jason G. was super professional and explained everything he was doing to help me understand which I really appreciated as a new homeowner. They were also able to come to my home same day which was great. I will defiantly be using them again!

Jose and the crew were informative, clean and easy to deal with through a whole bunch of repairs that we had done. Great crew and thing working great now.

Gas line installation... Tony and Dan arrived promptly, were very friendly and were very competent. We had to revise the original plan and they handled it in stride. The work was nice and neat and even the gas inspector commented on what a nice job they did.

The office staff was wonderful; easy to communicate with and very helpful.

They came back today to finish up after the inspection and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

This was my first experience with Nashoba Air. The experience was great from start to finish! They gave me a four hour window of when my appointment would be. I got a phone call 20 minutes before the technician arrived and they were on time. My technician was Tommy. He could not have been any better! He was technically sound and took his career serious. He diagnosed and repaired my air-conditioning system with transparency and a smile! Nashoba Air should be thrilled that they have him as an employee! He does a great job representing the company. I will definitely use Nashoba Air again!

If I was to write a Harvard Business School case study on excellence in customer service, I don't think that I could choose a better example than what I observed when Nashoba A&B sold us and installed an air conditioning system for our home.

The salesmanship was exceptional. No pressure, honest acknowledgement of completive position, great pricing, hints on reducing cost and attention to detail in providing a quote that was clear and useful.

We ran into some challenges on the installation. Nashoba A&B worked diligently to resolve them, always to our advantage. They have had to come back twice to take care of some follow up items. They were here promptly and resolved the issues completely. Every one of their reps had a smile on their face, even the ones we talked to on the phone. Their attitude of putting the customer first came through on every interaction.

They have set a tough bar for themselves and an even more difficult bar for their competitors.

Everyone involved in the process of diagnosing and replacing our 1st floor central air unit and air handler were very friendly and professional. They are well organized, as they have different teams for different parts of the process. Joe and Isaac were very knowledgeable and explained everything we need to know. As far as price, it was quite expensive. However, I did my research and the estimate came in the same as other surrounding hvac companies. I highly recommend.

The HVAC Tech, was polite, and efficient with testing my AC System. He let me know the details of my AC System.

I had Nashoba Air replace my 25 year old AC this summer after it finally died. The installation took one day and the guys that came out were polite and clean. I appreciated that they were able to prioritize the installation because I had a newborn and it was a hot week. Great service!
