Every time someone from Bassnet has came to our house we have had great experiences, and today was no different. Jay was extremely thorough in both his review of our cooling system, as well as his explanation and findings. We are very glad to have found this company when we moved to the area last fall. Would recommend everyone on the team!

The technician Taylor Westcott did a marvelous and absolutely professional diagnosis of a complex plumbing problem and was able to make my family comfortable at the same time.
Overall cost was fair and pretty competitive.
I will definitely contact them again for any further service.

Jay from the Basnett team was fantastic in his honest, straightforward, and affable approach to explaining both the immediate repair of our AC on an early hot MA day, as well as the longer term planning for our AC needs, given that we have a dated unit at our home. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and we appreciated that he was able to get our AC up and running very quickly. Highly recommend their service!

We have had excellent experiences with Basnett! The staff are all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! They always take the time to explain the problem and give a clear solution. I also appreciate the text when they are on the way, both for planning and also security so you know the right person is coming to your door. The person who booked my appointment was professional, very understanding, and with a warm and welcoming tone (which is extremely helpful when dealing with a plumbing emergency).

Needed to replace a water heater that was starting to fail. Confirmed that I was wanting to move forward with replacement and they were able to send a tech with 1 hour! Showed up on time, worked quickly, and left as if they were never there. Very professional and personable techs!

I was happy with the whole experience using Basnett Plumbing: customer service to set up the appointment was responsive and pleasant to work with, the servicing technician Taylor arrived on time and laid out what the problem was, what he needed to do to fix it and the cost before he started the job. The cherry on top: he diagnosed & fixed the same problem another company had completely misdiagnosed on an earlier visit.
