Service technician Jay sets a very high bar for anyone to exceed. He is extremely personable, and very knowledgeable regarding the equipment to be serviced. In this day and age, it is rare to meet someone in the service field who has as much compassion about their work, yet at the same time, is attentive to their customer's needs. By the time Jay left, both my wife and I felt as though we had met someone who could easily have been a family member.
As a retired small business owner, I feel that any employer would be exceedingly well served to have the privilege of having such an individual on their team.
As stated in the beginning: a very high bar indeed, to surpass.

From Robyn in the front office to Wayne for all my heating and plumbing services to Mike for my electrical services, they are top notch! They are timely, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and high quality. Their work is excellent.
I have a complicated double boiler system and Wayne is a master at servicing it every year. He can handle any issue and leaves the work site cleaner than when he came. He’s also a pleasure to work with.
I just started using their electrical services and Mike is absolutely fantastic. He hung a complicated, delicate chandelier beautifully and replaced several light fixtures and switches. His work is impeccable - precise and clean. He is a pleasure to work with and just as much of a perfectionist in his work as I am.

Phinias was very professional and friendly. He seems to have fixed the gas leaks we had around our furnace.

After getting a recommendation from a friend who was a former property manager, we went with Basnett when moving into our new home four years ago. So far we've gotten a new AC, furnace, and sump pump with backup, and service and communication have always been good.

Recently we had our yearly AC maintenance and Leo the technician was GREAT. He was knowledgeable, professional, and when there seemed to be an issue with the vents, he really helped me understand how the whole system worked. That is invaluable.

Afterward, he and another tech (unfortunately I didn't get her name) came out to check something, and ended up really helping and advising me on a much bigger home issue that I would have had no idea what to do about. Thanks to their help and drain company recommendation, a main sewer line disaster was averted. Now THAT is invaluable!

TL;DR: Basnett and Leo are great

We used Basnett to come over and look at a few of our sinks we were having issues with. It took just one day to get someone out here. Taylor was great! Super knowledgeable, showed up on time (in fact, early) and answered all our questions. The service he provided was great. We will use Basnett moving forward!

I had Basnett install a new gas furnace and a/c unit a few years ago. They’ve been serving the units ever since. Service is always prompt and professional and the quality of work is great. I receive a report of the visit and the technician walks me through the work done before leaving. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
