Ok so. I have never experienced such customer service in my life. JA Healy installed a new furnace and ac unit 1.5 years ago and did a superb job. When I went to turn on the ac during the heat wave it failed. I called the office and shortly after they were at my home and diagnosed a bad compressor. The same day they called and ordered another. They requested that the part be shipped overnight - vendor agreed to do that, except they didn’t do it that day. Diane and her team did EVERYTHING they could. So instead of waiting for the part they drove to New Hampshire picked up an entirely new AC unit and installed it this morning. Oh and by the way, we just got an edible arrangement from them apologizing for the delay. So look no further. When you call tell Diane is said hi.

From providing heating oil during the winter months to servicing our heating and air conditioning systems, and replacing an old AC unit, we've been extremely satisfied with their professional service. They have always worked with us in addressing repairs and are very timely with scheduling service calls and call backs.
