Scott came for a quick sump pump maintenance and as always he was quick, professional, and precise. He has actually done all of the plumbing work I’ve had done to my place including installing a new water heater. He always does great work and Papalia is my go to for plumbing service.

Had a 4 family with multiple frozen pipes. The two plumbers that showed were Mike Antonellis and his apprentice. They are great guys and terrific plumbers. It was a tough situation but they ended up getting it all done in a timely fashion. I would refer this company to anyone.

Liz and Clara were just at my home swapping out my water heater. They were consummate professionals and did an amazing job all around. Both extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. I will definitely use them again for any additional home services.

Clara and Liz replaced some faucets and shower heads at my parents' home and we had a great experience with them. They were very professional and explained how all of the new equipment works and how to maintain everything. I will definitely call them again!

Our technician was awesome and explained things in a way that was accessible to the lay person who knows nothing about plumbing. He took the time to diagnose the issues and was careful in advising us of next steps. Very knowledgeable and replaced the valve very quickly and without issue. Will be having him come back to do the other valve in our shower.

Dan was awesome!! He was highly professional, and very efficient. He took the time to explain all our options, and fixed our hvac system where other rapid companies had failed. He came when it was utter chaos at my home as all kids were home and getting home from school, he wasn’t phased at all and very kind. I highly recommend Dan, and Papilla. We will use them again.

In addition to replacing an outdoor spigot and fixing the toilet leak, Marc and Abelino kindly tested our sump pump to ensure it's working. They explained everything along the way and completed the work efficiently. And, luckily, they noticed mold on the wall (our next project, apparently).

As I stated to service person, I felt the quality of work was excellent. The exact work was completed by a fellow landlord. I was recommended to use your service. Did not expect to be charged 30% higher than my friend's installation. Same quality and warranty. My tenant needed hot water and would have been a while to find another plumber.

Nick was very professional and clearly explained the 3 possible problems that could be going on with our leaking club house toilet. He began with the least costly and methodically worked forward by trial and error. I appreciated his friendly and polite manner. Thanks for great service.
