Papalia Plumbing is a great service provider. I have used them many times and they are organized, responsive, and good. The price is reasonable for the work and service provided. They are a go-to provider for plumbing and HVAC. My service was provided by two young women, hardworking and wonderful to deal with, efficient. So good to see some ladies in the business. Will call again.

I called Papalia Home Services when the hair clog in my drain was beyond my abilities to deal with. Earlier than expected Nick Roy and Aaron arrived, they quickly sussed the situation and began to snake the drain. Even in the confined space they accomplished the task in what seemed to be record time! Very happy with the repair, and the mess that was created they also cleaned up!!! Fantastic experience! When I called them they picked up, got someone out here the next day. Even called back to have someone out here quicker! Fixed the issue immediately. Great price and great value. Professional and did great work. Absolutely using them again!

Clara & Liz did a great job, they arrived on time and fixed a bunch of issues. Installed a new kitchen faucet with new basket strainer, new bathroom faucet, pulled & reset the toilet and cleared a badly clogged drain. Incredible work, I was really impressed!

I have to say Nick is a very nice guy and was thorough on his work, but VERY expensive since I had everything but a small copper pipe. I know things have gone up but I do work with contractors all the time and called a friend who has been a busy plumber for 40 years and said that amount is outrageous. He was going to make the hour drive but it was too late. $400 cash for a job that took less than an hour and most was on talking about what needs to be done. Sorry single mom who should of just got a couple of quotes. I understand this is not a busy season for them and they need to pay their staff but what they had to do was very easy and quick. I'm in the wrong trade for $300 per hour plus service fee $50 and 2 pieces of materials $50, which I had one but it would of cost more if they had to thread the pipe so the shut off valve would fit for my toilet. 3 stars because Nick was a nice guy and I would of gave him 10 stars if I could, as for the price that gets a 1 star again sorry but everything was cleaned and prepped for them and took less than 20 mins to do, I dont ever like doing reviews like this nor have I ever but I want people that are a single mother or simple don't have a lot of money to know and get a few estimates first. I would've waited it was my half bath but was tired from being up till 3am.

I needed help with my Aunt’s house which was having issues with clogged pipes.
I lived 200 miles away. The staff was very helpful and got a plumber there the next day. Nick the plumber identified the issues and he had the work completed in less than an hour. The new tenant said Nick and his helper we very polite and explained how to keep this from happening again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Hot water failed. Emergency service call for plumber. Available immediately and arrived promptly. Quick diagnosis (electrical not plumbing issue). Professional and personable. Will use again.

Excellent service in a stressful situation. The guys understood the severity of the problem right away, identified main issue, revealed & resolved additional issues with urgency. Professional and consultative during the process. Couldn’t have asked for a better team. Also, team member who took the initial call was reassuring and responsive. Great support from administrative office/dispatch.

I called Papalia due to a new leaking pipe on a Saturday evening and they got a technician to come within one hour. The guy fixed it and gave us all clarifications we needed. Patching the ceiling is on us, but that was known since the beginning, most important is that the leak was fixed professionally and we were able to turn on the main water back quickly. Problem solved!
