Elite Mechanical Corp.’s Mike and Fernando are true professionals!! Our a/c unit fan that is located upstairs in our attic failed last week. After 2 previous companies would not do the work because they felt the attic space was too difficult, I called Mike at 5pm (when many other area hvac offices we’re no longer answering phones for the day) and he answered right away. Mike explained he was very busy and could not promise anything. At 10pm that night, Mike texted that they would be out the following morning.

Fernando showed up (with a smile) and went to work to diagnose the problem in about 10 minutes. Incredibly, he had no complaints about the space or the work. He was able to fix the problem right then and there and we couldn’t be more grateful to Fernando and Mike for their responsiveness and professionalism. The best we’ve encountered in this area!

The temperature outside was over 90 degrees and it was 84 degrees in the house. Our central air conditioner was not working when I turned it on. My husband called Michael at Elite Mechanical Corp. on a Sunday and he picked up his phone right away. Michael had squeezed us in between appointments the very next day in the morning. He was very thorough and fixed the Air Conditioner compressor. He had also took care of some existing problems he saw during his check out. I am very impressed with his quick response and his vast knowledge of our system. I would highly recommend Elite Mechanical Corp. for their HVAC needs.

A few days ago I was facing the challenge of finding someone to fix A/C in my condo unit in the middle of summer. And I was bracing myself for making multiple phone calls, leaving voice messages and waiting for days for responses. But when I made my first call to Elite Mechanical, it was immediately answered by Mike, who said that although they were pretty busy, they would try to visit by the end of the day. And even more surprisingly, in 1.5 hours Jeff and Fernando from Elite Mechanical were at my door. They did a thorough job on the condensing unit and within two hours my A/C was working and I had in my hands an invoice with detailed description of the work performed and a very reasonable total. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in my area who is in need of prompt and reliable HVAC service.

We needed a whole house dehumidifier installed onto our HVAC system. The company that made the dehumidifier, Therma-Stor recommended Elite mechanical because of their knowledge of their product. From the moment I contacted Mike he was responsive, knowledgeable and extremely nice. He came quickly and gave us a competitively priced estimate. They came on time, did the job as described, left my home clean and followed up to make sure that everything worked after. Mike goes above and beyond, even going so far as to text me at the end of his long day just to check in and make sure we are happy! His customer service is top notch! Highly recommend and will use them for routine maintenance for my HVAC system going forward!

Mike and the Elite Mechanical crew are the best. Even when they are extremely busy they do their best to respond quickly and get out to you ASAP. They are knowledgeable and fair and every tech I’ve met has been a true professional.

these guys are terrific. Incredibly responsive, came out the following morning to replace a condensation pump. Mike walked me through the steps needed to make sure my ceiling stopped raining (drain pan overflow) and despite the fact that they had a big job the next day, sent Fernando out to our house.

They'll be our HVAC guys from now on. Couldn't ask for a better HVAC vendor.

I called Mike to fix my AC on a Saturday morning and he said would be there in a half hour and he was. He took time to diagnose the issue and was extremely fair with his pricing. He even texted the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Top notch. Will use again for any HVAC issues.

Extremely prompt service! Came by the morning after I called, quickly figured out the problem, and had it fixed by the afternoon! Friendly and walked me through all the work and issues. Would highly recommend!

these guys went out of their way to help get a pricey and difficult to find control board under warranty. Owner kept in great communication about the status and followed up! Dedicated to good service - something you don't see very much of these days!!
