I had my hot water tank replaced by Nashua. They were very professional, did a great job. They were a bit on the expensive side, but I did not want to take a risk with natural gas and the permit requirements. Overall very happy with their service.

We used Nashoba Air and Boilerworks to install a new gas furnace and thermostat. Everyone from the estimate to after the install was wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable about working with people to meet the requirements of Mass save loans and rebates as well. They are great! I highly recommend.

I had a bit of sticker shock at the price, totally not their fault. Inflations sucks. They had a crew work on installing my system for a week. Very professional, good work, quality product. Whould use them again.

We had problems with our relatively new Lochinvar boiler and found that a lot of businesses were booking out a week or two for service. I spoke with Zaylie and explained our problem of no hot water and also the fact that we have tenants that are on the same system. Zaylie understood our dilemma and was able to get Doug out there the following day. Doug was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and made short work of the repairs. Everything is working fine and we couldn't be happier with the service Doug Baird and Zaylie Matesowicz provided.
We'll be calling Nashoba Air and Boiler Works for our future service needs.

We recently had a tankless hot water heater installed by Nashoba Air & Boilerworks. In restarting the pilot on our gas fireplace they damaged the valve, broke the pilot switch, and then told us it’s just a coincidence that the fireplace no longer works. Replacement parts are no longer available for our fireplace so we are going to have to replace the whole thing which is a big, expensive job that we shouldn’t have had to deal with at this time. Needless to say we do not recommend Nashoba Air and Boilerworks. Overall a horrible experience.

Further Response:
The Nashoba technician broke the pilot switch. The fireplace repair shop told us the pilot switch, as well as the valve, had been twisted to such a degree that he had to shut off the gas to the unit. He said he had never seen this happen before. It wasn’t aging of the equipment. We didn’t want a Nashoba technician to come back and break anything else. You need to have technicians that are knowledgeable in shutting off and turning on gas fireplaces.

They were excellent at responding to my need to replace an expired water heater. I called at the end of the day on a Friday; they inspected Monday, and the new water heater was installed by noon Tuesday. Thank you!

John is very thorough and provided a lot of detail information about the service. He also made the recommendations on what to check and replace in the future check up. We are definitely hoping to have John back next year if possible.

Did a great job. They were on time everyday. Worked very hard. Cleaned up all debris. Walked us through the system. Attached all maintenance information to the equipment. Walk through the whole house to make sure everything worked. Their company will work with me to get the rebate. Things ran very smoothly. I have already schedule my next project with them

Tony and Joe did an excellent job at our home installing a new mini-split heat pump and wall unit to provide heat and air conditioning to our main living area. They are skilled HVAC technicians who answered all our questions patiently and showed us how to operate the new system. Its our first time using Nashoba Air and Boilerworks and it was a great experience.
