NA&BW is a most impressive company. They have been welcoming, always kept commitments, worked efficiently, met our needs - to summarize, they were totally professional.
The two technicians who worked on our installation, Isaac and Connor, installed two pendant lights above a bathroom vanity. The job had its challenges: working above the ceiling through two hand holes to affix anchor plates, electrical boxes and connecting wires. They were very dedicated workers, looking for and finding the most efficient way to provide a high quality job. They were respectful of us and thoughtful, always taking actions to constantly maintain a clean work area. I'd hire them again in a moment if I need any work on our AC system.
