Top notch. Called first thing in the morning as a new customer with a broken furnace (on a bitterly cold day) and they were out to the house within 2 hours. Service was great and responsive and they fixed a very broken furnace by days end. Highly recommend!

Nashoba came highly recommended, so I reached out to them and was immediately impressed with the quality of their customer service. They kept me informed right through my heating system maintenance visit today, and the tech, Evan, who came was terrific, answering all my questions, showing me what he was doing, explaining things about my system to me. When he left I felt like our system is in good hands, that they treated me well and provided good value, and I absolutely expect to work with them again going forward!

Ryan and Connor installed an electric panel for a generator. The work was done promptly and very professionally. They helped me to test it out and I am very satisfied with the results.

Called Nashoba for estimate of service to install new gas boiler/indirect water heater system. Mr. Nunnery was on time, most polite and cordial and thorough. He exhibited comprehensive knowledge of the systems and options to consider. He spent a generous amount of time answering in full detail all my many questions and he was able to provide estimates while on site. Could not have asked for better consulting. Mr. Nunnery is a credit to Nashoba’s business. I was so impressed that I plan to engage Nashoba for this project. Jay showed up within the window to my house in Marlborough and gave me a 15 minutes heads up, perfect start! He worked efficiently and effectively to troubleshoot, repair, and fix the mistakes of the last jabronis that installed the furnace a year ago. I usually HATE having anyone come to do work at my place because no one does anything right, it's all half-a**ed. Jay was personable and transparent with me then double, triple, and quadruple checked everything to make sure nothing was missed. This was thorough and high quality service. My new go-to for HVAC that I won't dread having out!

William was top notch 10/10. Fixed our issue and explained how and why issues like we had happen!

I have been struggling with a radiant heat system for quite some time, and Jose came in, identify the issues and will repair all of the broken parts as soon as he has new items in stock. He got our heat up and running, bypassed A couple of the broken parts was super nice and professional and I look forward to working with him in the future.
