    I’ve used Constellation Home/BGE home on multiple occasions plumbing HVAC etc. and this company is by far amazing each person that has entered my home has been kind and helpful. Being a single mom the prices are very affordable. Thank you Constellation Home

    Wake up to my sump pump shooting water like a fountain, flooded basement and they can't get a tech out until Monday. I have an emergency and need help now so I called another company. Don't know why I pay for a service plan if they can't deal with emergency service.

    I terminated business with your company because you were always losing my payment, and even with my last payment - you lost it again, and continue sending me the bills instead of just checking that I paid you more than I had to. Please stop it.
    You do not respond phone calls, you do not respond to emails.
    I’ve been trying to contact your company for several months now. And I would like to get helped as soon as possible. Please stop harassing me with your bills. I paid everything and even more that I had to pay to your company and you still sending me the wrong bills.

    This company is very greedy and poorly run. I attempted to pay my bill online, which yielded an error message. I called the company and ended up in sales, which of course responded instantly. I asked the woman if I could pay my bill with her, she said she would have to transfer me to billing. Sure enough, there was a half-hour wait for billing to pick up, and I explained to the woman how the online self-payment service was not working, and she said it was a problem that the company was aware of and had not been updated yet. I asked her why the response time was so much longer for billing, and she told me that billing had 20,000 more people to respond to. If this company is well-aware of this online self-payment problem, they should put a much higher priority on fixing their God-damned website, and also put many more people on billing.

    My furnace stopped working since 12/13/2022, called constellation home because I have their insurance, they came the next day to inspect and said I needed some parts for repairs. It has been over three weeks through the terrible cold during Xmas, I still have no heat till today 1/6/2023, and I have not heard from them, I’ve been calling almost daily and got the same excuse that the parts have not yet arrived, now I’m thinking that they just do not care about their customers. In my household we cannot all use the space heaters at the same time because it uses a lot of energy and our power goes out, we are rationing the use of heat. This is terrible

    Farther had a day time to have a heat pump installed and air cicrculater. Techs refused to get any kinda of dirt on them and rolled eyes and made faces over crawl spacs. Now i have not tryed but i am pretty sure 8 fluffy sheep would fix in that braker box closet=move 500 gallon fish tank? what Proccsed to leave walk off the job saying they hate cats???? left the closet door off the braker box room we do have cats and no one put the cover on either. Then turned into we hate basement order? Then we stepped in somthing? Are we constrion combany or fashion dream house club? side note 6inch conduct going along wall in basmennt=na we put holes in the cealing aging what?

    The Service Technician Mr Don Settle was great!!! During the are service, Don identified problems and corrected them on the spot. Don also took the time to answer all our questions.

    I was a customer of Bge home for 8 years. I've decided to end the service plan I had recently due to coverage and scheduling issues I've had ongoing. I have tried calling and waited hours for someone to answer 5 times now. I have emailed the customer service email several times. I finally received a call back from someone after two weeks and was told the policy is cancelled. 3 weeks later I was billed again for the service plan. I called and spoke to a representative and was told noone else was available to talk about the charge and why I was charged (even though she confirmed the service plan ended). it's now been several days since that and I am waiting for them to pick up again. worst customer service ever. Horrible billing practices. Noone knows what is going on and there are no supervisors to speak to. I will never recommend constellation home to anyone.
    Edit: since the original posting I was called several times and told everything from the below response to that this was due to a mistake in billing. I was refunded the month I was overcharged and am no longer being billed. Now I just have to deal with the advertisements I'm being sent all of the time by email and regular mail. Horrible experience overall.

    Had a bathroom exhaust and heater fan in the bathroom that was not working properly. Was told by the operator when I scheduled the appointment that it was covered under my policy. Service tech arrived and said that it was not and would still need to charge me for the visit. Also stated that it was working properly even though I could smell something burning which it had never done before.. The tech had called earlier in the day and asked if I could even accommodate and reschedule for later in the afternoon which I did. This is not my first time using this company and having difficulties with them. I would not recommend at all. A waste of money paying for this plan.

    They charged me for a water heater warranty that I did no order. I called and they canceled the warranty. I keep getting bills and I have called only to be on hold for 30+ minutes, left my name and number for a call back - no call back. Called again and spoke to some one - but on hold several times - then transferred and then hung up on!
