A power surge took out my 15 year old condenser and CP was my first call of an expected 3 (to get a range of estimates). Chris came out that day, reviewed everything, and provided an estimate that night. I signed immediately; just wasn't worth the extra time to get competitive quotes because of how well the process had gone and the pricing was fair (especially given my circumstances).
His team was here 24 hours later. Wound up replacing the condenser and the inside coil in about 5 hours and addressed every detail involved. No loose ends, no trash left behind; I don't think I've had better service. I trust these guys and that's saying a lot these days!

CP Heating & Cooling is a life saver! Our air conditioning died in the hottest week of the summer! We called several companies and none of them could get to our house for a week or two. We called Chris, he came out that night and put a new system withing 2 days! He also did not take advantage of our need for a system right away. He gave us a fair price and didn't try to sell us a system that we didn't need.

Chris was too notch. He and his crew got me out of a tight bind without trying to oversell me. CP has a customer for life!!!
