Everyone we've encountered at Hughes has been exceptionally friendly and professional. Chad was a great help during the estimate and scheduling process. He was responsive, answered any questions that we had, and really worked with us to meet our current needs. Doug, Will, and their team did a fantastic job with the installation. They were prompt, neat & organized, tolerant of our (loud) pets, respectful of our property, and even finished early despite rain delays! They kept us informed and involved with decision making, while still being considerate of my WFH office hours, throughout their time here. We have had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning customers.

I have the utmost respect for this company. Everyone in the company that I came in contact with was professional and detailed. I can't say enough about the service technicians who performed the above-and-beyond installation. Not only were they pleasant, but they also ensured that I was comfortable knowing how the system worked before leaving my residence. They ensured my floors were protected and assisted in moving a large piece of furniture that blocked the entrance. They also ensured my old fuse box could handle the new system. Any questions I had during the installation were answered in great detail. Most of all, they were happy and appeared to enjoy their work. This company was recommended to me by two of my colleagues, and I have also recommended them to friends who intend to use them. Please keep up the excellent work!

Will and Doug installed HVAC, including vents and ducts. They did an outstanding job. They continually cleaned up any dust or debris. They installed the ducts in a manner that maximized remaining space in the attic. They were professional and courteous and went out of their way to cause as little disruption as possible. The owner, Eddie, and a supervisor, Pat, checked in on the installation several times. Everyone at Hughes communicated very well with us. The cost of the installation was reasonable. I highly recommend Hughes Mechanical, Doug and Will.

Such a lovely company to work with. Everyone is super nice and professional. Extremely helpful aswell. Prices are the best around by a landslide. All the techs are courteous and knowledgeable and the office ladies are sweet and super helpful answering any questions. Hughes Mechanical added an HVAC Handler and did much repair work to the unit that was installed by another company. They were at my house all day ensuring the unit was correctly installed fixing and correcting errors from the other company's shoddy installation. They knew what the problems were and how to fix them; they arrived on time and were very responsible. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC installation and duct work.

Reasonably priced. Timely and efficient installation. Installers were clean and personable. It was a positive experience. I would use this company again. Actually I did as they installed my attic unit 2 years ago also.

HUGHES installed a new natural gas heating system (replacing my very oil burning unit) in my basement with very professional crew and office staff. all HUGHES STAFF involved in the installation were efficient, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. My project faced delays at several points due to city rules issues being misapplied by other entities and BGE installation delays caused by subcontracters (hired by BGE) having poor communication and demonstrable sloppiness. The contrast with HUGHES STAFF could not be more apparent to this customer...I was very grateful that every time these outside installers made mistakes, Chad and his staff helped me overcome the mistakes caused by others. I highly recommend Hughes Mechanical for these many reasons!

All staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. Chad provided our estimate and he was honest and candid about our limitations and options. We also got work done through the newly integrated Hughes Electrical and it was easy to coordinate both jobs.

Well I'm back to say Hughes Mechanical has once again gone above and beyond. They installed a dishwasher today. LOVE THEM!!!! From Kelly who calmed me down assuring me that everything would be ok (and it was) to the technician who showed up on time, installed it correctly, and cleaned up after themselves. I've been using them for over 3 years and would never use anyone else.

Needed a full system replacement. Hughes came out, took measurements, gave me my best option and put me on the schedule right away. There were courteous and professional throughout the process. The installers even went as far as installing the system in a way that it would not block or hinder eventual replacement of hot water heater. This is something that I didn't even mention to them ahead of time. Price was on par with competitors and the brand that was installed was Rheem. Thanks for the rapid installation I will update as needed with a longevity review.
