My Mother didn't use HUGHES for our HVAC installation, Then had to turn around and use Hughes to fix what the other company screwed up. Long story short, THERE IS A REASON Someone else might give you a lower estimate THEY ARE CUTTING corners. Hughes was AMAZING when they came back out to fix everything. I will use Hughes for ALL HVAC and Plumbing needs from now on.... lol

From estimate and sale with Brad and Eddie to the install by Pat and Logan everyone was so courteous and professional. Pat and Logan clearly communicated their activities and what to expect each day. I would absolutely recommend and use Hugh’s Mechanical again.

Patrick the technician was knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. Everyone at Hughes is great .From the call to Kelly, to all the technicians, a real pleasurable experience.

I had an entire overhaul of my HVAC last year and today they came out for my first service. Everything was in great shape, technician wore a mask was a trooper in my wet crawl space and as always very professional .
Side note- the entire team seems to love dogs ❤

Used Hughes because my basement bathroom was backed up and sewage was coming up in the tub, they new exactly what to do. The techs were very nice and they didn’t kill me on the price. I will use them again.

The technician was super responsive about letting me know when he would be arriving. Very thorough, and had no problem explaining the issue and walking us through how he was fixing it. Very upfront about the cost and the breakdown, which I really appreciated.
