Great service. If you have a water source heat pump and/or live in a high rise, these are the guys for you. I waited for 3 days for BG&E Home to show up to fix my non-heating HVAC, only to have them confess this morning that they don't do water source heat pumps. The condo building manager told me about Jeff Kreit and Progressive Air and I was delighted with their prompt and efficient response to my call for help. Fixed the low freon situation in a flash and explained all I needed to know about what was what with the equipment. This is the kind of repairperson you LOVE to have in your Contacts list.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Great customer service from Vicky who handled my phone call to Jeff who diagnosed the problem in minutes by installing a new part and I was back to cooling down in no time! Highly recommend them!

Always helpful and responsive when I have needed something for my HVAC unit. Great company!
