I’ve used Paramount for AC maintenance and installing a new furnace. They’ve done great work, are very prompt courteous and professional, and explain everything very well. I also have their annual maintenance plan which has paid for itself 2x over at least. Highly recommended family owned business.

I use this for my residence and munition home which I had to rent. Great, professional team that maintains on time so systems don’t go down. The service contract works for peace of mind. If there is ever an issue they respond quickly! No bureaucracy!

Asked Paramount out for a second opinion after another HVAC contractor convinced us we would need to replace the entire HVAC system. Alan was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue and helping us get the system repaired. I cannot say enough about this company. We routinely use Paramount for Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance. We scheduled an appointment for a Thursday because we hade problems with out furnace coming on. Well long story short we needed a new furnace. It is now Friday at 3:30 pm and the furnace has already been replaced. The A/C unit will be put in next week, but they made sure we had heat right away. Alan at Paramount is the absolute best! He is honest and reliable. This company has always been fair and responsive. Highly recomend

I have a heating system that is 30 years old. This company has really helped me out more than a few times. I plan on purchasing a new unit this year with them. I have always been impressed with how quickly they respond to any issue I have had. I have had Alan come over and do repairs he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.

Our HVAC system stopped working the night of New Year’s Eve. Based on a recommendation I contacted Allen with Paramount on New Year’s morning at 9:00 and he was at my home by noon and diagnosed the problem. I was very happy with his knowledge and the very reasonable price I paid for the repair.

I was scheduled for service on a Friday. They had a cancelation on Wed and squeezed me in. Came back the next morning and replaced my AC pump. He answered my questions and gave guidance. Very friendly and professional.

We ended up needing a new A/C system; their price was extremely fair, work was scheduled promptly, the equipment used for the new install was top notch and no trash was left behind. Paramount heating and air conditioning LLC were excellent. They replaced our old air conditioning and heating unit that was bad. It took them five days from the time we first contacted them (2 of which were over the weekend) to visit our house, do an estimate and replace the old unit. They were professional, work was first class and cost very reasonable for a high end unit. They were also extremely friendly and accommodating. I will recommend them to anybody I know that has an HVAC need.
