Paramount was phenomenal. AC system quit working. Allan came out for a second opinion. His diagnostics were much greater than other companies in verifying the problem. Very upfront on the issue and options available. Explained what replacement would entail without the accompanying sales pitch. I requested quote and very pleased with it compared to others. I have been using this company for years when needed and they are always prompt in responding and come out to your home as quick as possible. That and they repair your issue and are reasonably priced. They will always be my go to if I ever need any additional work done in the future!

They installed a great working ductless HVAC system for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them. Their communication style could use some work. I was confused about the schedule and had to take off work 4 different times for what I was told was a 1 day job. But they worked hard and did not charge me any extra.

Both Alan & Tyler were responsive, informative, and professional. Very much appreciate the fast service and thoroughly explaining the issues with our old 26 year old unit. They replaced the furnace in about 3 hours flat.

My husband and I have used Paramount Heating a few times before. The man that came out was very nice and told us what was wrong, what was needed, and why. He didn't mind answering questions and wasn't pushy about getting what was wrong fixed. He did a great job!!! I just used him for my dad's house when the furnace wouldn't turn on. They were very busy but were able to fit my dad in because he is 91 years old and his heat would not come on. This isn't something many companies will do! Super job, as usual ☺️.
