Best experience I’ve had with a contractor…they called twice the day before to confirm my appointment…they were on time… the technicians worked well together, were personable, educated me regarding the system I was getting, and was happy to answer any questions. Removal of old system and clean up was great. Jeff was the person I met at the Home Garden Show who initially came to my home to assess my unit. He was so pleasant, professional and applied no pressure to buy but explained things to me along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again if needed.

I selected Maryland Heating & Air because of the excellent reviews. James, the consultant manager is very professional and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and I did have a lot of questions to ask. He explained clearly about the equipment and the process to install. He was working with me about the price and I was happily agreed with the reasonable number after a lot of research and shop round.
i was so lucky to have 2 team leads Galbert and Jake , and the tech Pong to come for the installation within a day. They worked as a team, paid attention to details, they are well trained and experienced. James even stopped by to make sure everything is working well. They deserve a raise, a bonus from the company for their hard work.
I highly recommend Maryland Heating & Air because nowadays it's hard to find a trustworthy , professional, experienced company and with a reasonable price.

I put in an online request over the weekend to have someone come out and check my AC (another company said there were issues.) I received a call promptly Monday morning to schedule a time for someone to come out. The rep definitely accommodated my schedule for the service request.

Today I had Jeff P. come out to look at my AC & furnace. He walked me through what he was inspecting and noted everything is fine. He clearly explained what to look for if I had issues and suggested some simple tips to keep everything running smoothly. I was so impressed how professional he was and didn’t try to push to sell me something I didn’t need.

Great service from the first phone call to the Installment. Professional at each step, left house spotless and a new working system. New AC/Furnance and a new water tank. All in one day. Dog friendly too. lol

Had and issue with my HVAC system. The technician's name was Trent. He was on time, very courteous, and very professional. Extremely diligent, and found out what was causing the issue. Couldn't have asked for a better tech.

During one of the hottest summers in Baltimore, Maryland Heating & Air came through for me. John Q came out to diagnose my AC issue. Cleaned the unit, added Freon, and I was good to go. Prices were fair, in my opinion.
Exactly one week later, the AC stopped working again. I made a call to Maryland Heating & Air around 7:30pm. A human being answered the phone, took my info, and connected me with the technician on call. It just so happened to be John Q. SHOCKINGLY, John came out the very next day to see what was going on. Immediately diagnosed my newest issue and fixed it promptly. He was equipped with the parts and tools he needed for the job. John Q was very upfront with me about what my expectations should be for my very old AC system and I couldn’t have appreciated his honesty more. I waited a few weeks to write this review…mostly because I wanted to see if the work would hold up and it certainly has. This company met my expectations and John Q deserves some recognition as a stellar employee.

Maryland Heating and Air installed my new furnace and new central air system. These guys were AMAZING from start to finish. The salesman (Chris Cymak) and the install guys (James, Galbert) and the rest of the crew were very professional. They kept me informed about everything they were doing. I was very pleased with the way they cleaned up when they were done. Chris and James called a few days after the install just to make sure I was satisfied. I will recommend this company to everyone!

Thank you Maryland Heating service on my new furance installation everyone was very professional starting from the customer service dept to the guys who installed my.furance they explained everything to me and my husband's in terms.that we understood everything they were doing.
