You guys have always done a great work for me. The only issue with this service call was that the technician called a former Property Manager when he arrived, even though I asked that the tenant be called. This resulted in the technician leaving because he couldn't reach the tenant, and the tenant not getting her heating repaired until a few days later.

Great customer service and support. Very thorough . We had our entire air conditioning system replaced, and they took extra time to walk us through the process and educate us on the system as well. Would highly recommend. Special thanks to Chris Cymek!!

A friend referred me to Maryland Heating & Air when my system would not change over from cool to heat this fall. I called them yesterday, and by 11:00am today everything was fixed and working again. The Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. The office staff I spoke with to schedule and arrange payment were friendly and helpful.

I was so happy with the service visit that I also signed up for a Maintenance Package that includes two annual check-ups for my HVAC system.

I had a great experience with this company. All the people I have encountered with whether on the phone or in person have been amazing. Chris educated me on my old 32 years unit vs the new unit that was replaced. Jason was very helpful and showed me how to use the new thermostat that was install because I am not tech savvy lol... the other guys that assisted with installation was nice as well and very good with the clean up. Thank you again guys!!!

Our A/C fan unit was struggling during a recent heatwave, the company sent over Trent with only a couple days notice, and he expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem in a few hours. Would definitely call this company again for future work.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this company. From the jump, everything went smooth. My online request for an estimate was responded to fast. Chris C. was out for a quote within a few days. He spent real time looking at my system, finding out what my needs are and providing multiple ideas. Scheduling was just as easy. The installers (Jason and Chris M.) just completed the job a few hours ago. They were on time, friendly and extremely professional. You could tell they really cared about doing a great job. And just a few hours after they got here, I've got a great new system and cold air blowing through the entire house. I am now READY for summer!
