Had an estimator come out for a full replacement of my HVAC and water heater. Wasn't the most knowledgeable HVAC walk-through but was "OK" for a customer who already knew what they needed/wanted. Spent almost an hour at the house and left saying he'd get me a proposal. A week went by; heard nothing. I then reached out and he replied that he'd provide it that night; heard nothing. That was over a month ago. I guess they didn't want the job. There are better ways to say "no" than just ghosting a customer.

They were able to book my appointment same day the technician called me well within the time frame actually a little early which was perfect! Earl was very polite and personable. His work was fast, and the bill was very fair. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of Hvac services.

We really appreciate the service we received from Maryland Heating and Air. I called at 8:30am on a holiday weekend after trying several other companies and they had someone out to us within an hour and a half. Chris was great and had our air conditioner up and working again within the half hour.

My boiler went up it was a dinosaur. Made a call to Maryland heating and air. Brian came next day made me feel comfortable with his knowledge and customer service skills. Went above and beyond his call of service . Replaced little things I would’ve never even thought about. The price was perfect and the boiler paid for itself. I’m now burning less oil and that’s a WIN for me. I strongly recommend Maryland Heating and Air.

I had a GREAT experience. The Tech who worked on my system was incredibly thorough and walked through everything he was doing. He was polite and asked before entering the home or making his way to the basement to look at the air handler. He even walked me through some basic preventive maintenance things that I wasn't aware of and even taught me how to change the thermostats on my water heater (which was completely unrelated to my service call, but appreciated nonetheless!) - everything was diagnosed and handled the same day (he even ran to a nearby supply house in order to get the additional refrigerant my monster heat pump needed) and I absolutely appreciated his professionalism.

While I did have to wait several days for service (my A/C went out on Thursday and my service call was Monday afternoon) that was just due to me being a little bit of a cheapskate and not wanting to pay a higher rate to have them come out on the weekend.

I would recommend these folks to anyone who asks - could not be more satisfied!

I called late on a Saturday and my technician was there by early Sunday morning to look at my furnace. He was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. The situation with my heating was more than anticipated. The house has old radiators and pipes. When he arrived there was no heat other than in my basement. I now have heat throughout the house. I'm so grateful to Maryland Heating and Air and, in particular, to my technician, Chris.

They came to my house on a Saturday! Need I say more!

I called Maryland Heating & Air when my furnace failed early Saturday morning and the repairman arrived at my house, on time, and with the most professional attitude. They quickly completed the repairs and had my house warm again by the time the game started.

Look no future. You have found the company you want to do business with.
If you have been looking around, you will see that most HVAC companies have pretty bad reviews. We only contact them when we are too hot/cold and need quick service. I feel like a lot of companies take advantage of this.
When I reached out to Maryland Heating and Air, another company had already come out and looked at my unit and told me that my ENTIRE HVAC needed to be replaced, including my hot water heater! They also "red tagged" it and said that I should not use it again as it would kill my entire family in the night. Maryland Heating and Air inspected and did basic maintenance for $100 and had me working again.
I will continue to work with them as they are HONEST and a great value. Such a refreshing experience.

I used this company for an HVAC/heating unit as well as a hot water heater install. Both installs were completed without a hitch. From scheduling the appointment with the office staff to the actual install, was flawless. The quotes I received for both items were the most reasonable and I really am happy with the service provided.

These guys came through for us in a big way! Our home warranty company left us in a bind (side note - do not use 2-10 home warranty) and after several days without heat due to the home warranty company fumbling the ball, we needed heat fast. Chris came and not only gave us a quote, but worked with his bosses to get us a full boiler and water heater faster than anyone else. They also price matched for us. I want to give a big shout out to Dan ("the man"), Dave, and Jason for giving up their Saturday to give us heat before the next arctic blast came in. Its amazing what having heat can do for you and your family's well-being. Thanks guys for making this work!
