Tack Mechanical was great from start to finish. With scheduling they were very patient with me on getting a furnace at my property on schedule to be diagnosed and they were able to fix the problem quickly. They are very professional and I would recommend them first for everyone!

I believe the technicians name was Jake. He showed up ahead of schedule, which was a breath of fresh air. He quickly found the root of the problem (I had a nasty condensation leak inside.) Not only did he fix the leak, he educated me on how the drain works, and what to look out for in the future. He even instructed me on how to clean the unit in the future. I wish I had went with Tack for the install. These guys are top notch.

Tyler was on time and very professional. He took the time to answer all my questions. Prior to his arrival I not only got a text but a phone call as well to let me know he was on the way. Awesome company to have service my A/C. Thanks Again

Tack worked with me to replace my heat pump. Ceaira helped me decide between several financing options. They were also very fast with installation which I was pleasantly surprised about. Highly recommend!

Tack diagnosed our HVAC issue and got replacement parts ordered right away. Prompt scheduling got our system back up and running within a few days. The tech was on time, knowledgeable and professional. We also utilize their annual maintenance service. Would recommend.

From the start Sierra *sp* was very responsive and professional, she kept us updated with everything that crossed our paths. Tyler came out and gave us a quote and was very honest, we did a couple other quotes from other places and Tyler was right they were a couple grand higher then the price he gave us. After a month of no and a heatwave ( our own insurance issues) his team came out and installed our units and we couldn’t be more pleased. Tyler’s team was on time and very efficient. They cleaned up their mess and then showed us how to use our new thermostat and they were on their way. I will definitely be recommending Tack Mechanical to anyone that has HVAC needs.
