Our technician, Ronald, arrived on time and was kind and effective. Every time we have called Hendricks Heating Air Conditioning company, they have responded quickly and with exceptional service. we are quite happy with their services and the professionals they dispatched to our house!!

Tech was very young and inexperience. Probably fresh out of tech school. He used a grill lighter to light my furnace. A major No No could of blown up the house. I had wife and kids there at the time.

Matt with Hendricks Heating Air Conditioning did a fantastic job of cleaning our A/C system and ductwork. He was very professional, neat and organized. He took the time to clearly explain the process, i.e. how long it would take, when the A/C was going to be turned off, etc. He also cleaned out the dryer vent and we can already tell what a difference that makes. Really liked the service technician , very friendly and informative. Called before he showed up and was on time, even wore booties to protect our floor. Can not testify to the quality of work because I know nothing about AC. Would have liked a reminder call the day before. On their invoice, would liked to have seen the cost of replacing the recommended parts.
