The technician called me 15 minutes out, arrived at the planned window and very professionally checked my heating system for winter. Very professional. While he was there he noticed some bad spots on our water heater, inspected that system, captured some significant problems via cell video, explained what we were looking at and provided me with some in-house options to avoid a garage full of water. I was very happy with Hendricks Heating Air Conditioning and especially their work. A service person, Tony came out and even offered to arrive early and called to ask if I was comfortable with that. He didn't pressure me to buy anything that I wasn't ready for. He showed me that one of the furnace's air filters was clean and did not need to be changed. I appreciated the fact that he was in himself confident of doing the work. I will definitely use them again.

Their fee was far beyond reasonable, especially on a weekend. I will be endorsing him to friends, and will be calling them in the future for all my HVAC needs!!

Tony and Colleague showed up on schedule. They explained whole process of complete HVAC install and got to work. 6 hours later they had completed the installation.
