The customer service I received from Lauren and Dan was excellent! We had an emergency as our hot water heater was flooding our basement. I called Friday evening and by Saturday evening it was replaced. There was attention to detail, empathy, and care. First impressions are everything, and they certainly made an impact. I would absolutely use them again for future needs. Thank you!

Losing my AC in July, I was bracing myself for a long wait as the temperature in my house approached 90. At Your Service was responsive and helpful from the first call. Jason Lord was able to get here even before the estimated time window. I received a text when he was on his way along with his photo so I knew who to expect. Jason was professional and courteous, putting on shoe covers before entering my house and immediately focused on assessing the issue. He explained my options patiently and in detail, providing detailed estimates on his tablet. I was able to make a decision confidently and the repairs to my air conditioner were made during this service call. He made photos of my units and brought the defective parts for me to see. I would definately recommend At Your Service and Mr. Long to my family, friends and neighbors.

Jason is AWESOME! He's extremely professional, knowledgable, and considerate. Some people skip steps but Jason is thorough!

We had to order a new motherboard for our gas furnace and he walked me through several options before providing his recommendation. Jason wouldn't leave until the system correctly turned on/off. He made sure all covers were put in place so our daughter is safe.

If I could recommend a bonus for this invaluable part of their team, I would!

Seth was fantastic! He explained everything, showed me everything, was extremely professional and had me up and running very quickly! He also taught me things that I definitely did not know in regards of running an air conditioner(only lower the temperature 3 degrees at a time). Super grateful that my house is no longer over 80° in the summer.

At Your Service and their employee, Seth, were excellent. He took the time to get my central air back up and running. I had a problem again after the initial service, and Seth came back promptly, diagnosed the issue, explained it clearly, and made necessary adjustment at no cost. Seth was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I would definitely ask for him again if needed.

The response time with this company and their team was beyond expectations. They provided options for repair and didn't push for us to replace our current HVAC or water heater even though we ultimately made that decision. The work was scheduled quickly. There we only maybe two small bumps but they had a plan for each and resolved them. There's a level of commitment with the crew we had that speaks to the companies dedication to doing quality work. Highly recommend and would work with them again. Daniel came to fix my central AC and did a great job. He was professional and thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. My AC is working great now! I'd def use them again in the future.

Mark was professional and very thorough. Not just checking the system for problems; he actually scrubbed the outside unit spotless with soap and water! He was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns making sure I had a good understanding of how my system was running. It was a joy having someone so expressive and motivated about their work show up and not just go through the motions. At Your Service has always done well by me and the dedication of their employees is a big part of that!

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Everything seems normal at first with their kindness over the phone, but once a service is actually scheduled and they take your money (prior to service) the techs do not show up. The first day I have a service scheduled there was a “dispatching” issue and the tech was in a completely different area than where I live. The second day, there was so much back and forth as to where the tech was and how long he would be. Nobody could give me a straight answer. Due to their unreliability, I decided to cancel my service (within the 3 business days allotted for a refund) and requested my money back. I had spoken with about 3 people stating they would send my information to their billing department and have my refund processed. All seemed well until my refund never arrived and I got the run around every time I tried to get my money back. This was about a month ago. My money finally came back to my account this morning. This morning I also received an email from them stating my payment is due on my open invoice, when I NEVER received a service. I tried to contact the office to resolve this and they were unable to assist me and told me their billing department would reach out at a later time to discuss this issue. Do NOT use this company. It is not worth the headache or the stress.

I had initially called them to have a maintenance servicing done for winter, on my furnace. They sent out Seth Hewitt a technician. He showed me what needed to be replaced, serviced, what the parts were and their functions. Then I had my Spring/summer servicing. The outside AC unit was well past it's prime. Technicians, Thomas and Seth, again showed me what was wrong and needed replacing. ( the whole unit) Jerry Silverman, customer comfort , etc., found me a great deal(financially) to replace the whole AC unit! I also had a new Hot Water heater installed! Brett McDowell and Jake, and Todd did a great job! They replaced my sump pump and chimney liner! I love that they were extremely detailed in their explanations, and answered all of my questions! I "HIGHLY RECOMMEND "this company!! They earned my trust for any future services I may need!
