The work was done pretty quickly, but the unnecessary upselling made me wish I went with another company. They tried to sneak in a charge of 500 DOLLARS! For a one year warranty. Or almost 300 dollars to be a gold member. All said and done this company was more than willing to charge me over 4 thousand dollars for the replacement of a single part.
That was enough for me to say never again.
EDIT: Funny how the business claims that you are reviewing the incorrect HVAC company for every negative review. Further shows how little they care for customers. I moved this down to 1 star as a result. I have to recommend Triple E HVAC or complete climate services as this behavior outweighs any of the good I mentioned before.

We have an annual service contract with AYS. The tech will always discuss what was done and what additional services are recommended. The blower motor in my furnace went up after 4 years. AYS was able to contact the manufacturer and have new parts provided under the limited warranty on the product saving us $$. We were back up and running in a couple of days. Not too many companies out there look out for the customer these days. AYS is one that will.

Terrible company to deal with. Save your time and money. I spent thousands of dollars getting a new system put in through them. I have had missed appointments. And also today I received a voice-mail out of nowhere telling me I owed them $350 and they were now turning me into the collection agency. I PROVED to them I paid the $350 months ago and all they could say was oh sorry that was a mistake in the system. Very rude and unprofessional.

The owner of this company, Ryan, makes his guys make up words and non existent parts in order to charge customers more money. They also do it so if a second opinion was sought, they wouldn’t know what work was already done to the system. There is no such thing as a compressor saver or low voltage regulator or whatever else they told me. The ownership is very egocentric and nonprofessional. If you use them, get a second opinion and see for yourself.

Made an appointment, took off from work, never showed, never called. When I called to find out what happened, I was told they got overwhelmed with emergency service and that I could make another appointment. A courtesy call would have been the appropriate thing to do, but nothing.
