    Sean reminded me why I keep going back to Supreme. We’ve been extremely unhappy with our system almost entirely due to the nest thermostat (which the salesperson actually recommended against at the time). This was our third issue in three years. Sean came for the third issue and promptly fixed the issues, explaining each one in detail. Importantly, he ensured we got the best value for the warranty on our system. Coincidentally, we are moving soon but because of todays experience we will be calling supreme to upgrade the next house’s systems!!!

    DJ was phenomenal during my biannual AC tune-up. He also did a great job cleaning the AC unit coils. He was on-time, did the job quickly and was very thorough with the examination of the unit. I commend his customer service and the quality of the work he did! I highly recommend him and the Supreme Service Today team for your HVAC tuning and cleaning needs!

    Updated: It by accident deleted my previous review, but two months ago Zach also came out to do a similar tune-up job on the furnace side. He also was professional and thorough in his examination. DJ and Zach are excellent technicians and you can see that in the quality of the work they do and the customer service they provide!

    Sean was amazing! We was very thorough. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Provided me pictures of the inside of my HVAC unit and provided his professional opinion. He wasn’t forceful or pushy about making a decision same day as I told him I would have to consider the repair options. I loved that I was provided 3 options, good, better, best, for repair. Sean also was very clean, and put things back the way he found them. I am scheduling the repair soon and will provide an update after it has been completed.

    They were supposed to do a check and flush of our water heater. They sent an inexperienced tech out that broke the valve on our water heater and caused it to leak.
    There response to me was; "It is old." I told them, "It was old when you got here, however it was not leaking at all."
    They offered to sell me a water heater for an high price, which is consistent with their over priced services.
    They never followed up with me and I am considering legal action to seek remedy for the damage done to our water heater.
    I will never use this company again.

    Full disclosure: I’m not reviewing the technical work of this company. I’m moreso reviewing their billing practices. The business as a whole seems quite dishonest. I wouldn’t recommend them AT ALL.

    I called to have supreme assess the HVAC system 7 months ago. They charged a $99 fee UPFRONT to diagnose the problem. The technician arrived, wasted my time, failed to diagnose the actual problem, wouldn’t give any explanation of the issues, but the technician INSISTED I pay the rather expensive estimate for further work. I declined to move forward with their services since I didn’t have a good experience. I ended up using a more reputable service recommended by a friend.

    For the following weeks, Supreme would call incessantly asking to schedule the work to be done, to which I declined every time.

    7 (SEVEN) months later, I wake up to a credit card alert for almost $600 from supreme!!! I was so worried because I didn’t recognize the charge nor had I authorized any contractor work. I feared my credit card was compromised and was a victim of fraud.

    I quickly disputed the charge, locked my credit card, reported it to the authorities and requested a change of all accounts.

    Only to later troubleshoot the issue and find that Supreme charged me for the 7-month old estimate that I declined!

    I was LIVID. They admitted that it was an ‘ERROR’ and would process a refund. I insisted they admit the ‘ERROR’ IN WRITING -since I already reported the charge as fraud.

    1. Why did Supreme retain my billing information? Even though I already paid the upfront diagnostic fee and had no further business with them.
    2. How could they process a charge that I did not authorize?
    3. Why wasn’t I notified immediately once the ‘error’ was identified?
    4. Who is liable for the damages for their unlawful business practices?

    Youssef D has been to my home two years in a row to do preventive maintenance on my heating system.
    He is always on time, is excellent, very knowledgeable, very efficient, very professional with a friendly manner about him. I wouldn’t want anyone else to work on my Heating and/or A/C systems. I will always ask for Youssef when I schedule any appointments in the future.

    Our experience with Supreme has been great. We had a drain clog and our technician, Brett, was on time, friendly, and very helpful. He came in on the weekend and was happy to help troubleshoot with us in order to fix our urgent problem. We would recommend Supreme and Brett highly!

    Sean was very friendly and helpful in installing a new smart thermostat at my house after my old thermostat stopped connecting to my wifi network. He explained every part of the process and made sure everything was in working order before leaving.
