Great and easy experience. Walked in and asked the gentleman behind the counter if he carried a certain product, to which he quickly looked it up and had it in stock. I was able to basically walk in and walk out with what I needed in under 15 mins which is short when going to a supply house. So overall I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Tstats.

These guys are excellent. Like the rest of the world, staffing issues exist but the customer service is not lacking!

Arrogant salesmsn answers the phone with a terrible attitude i was trying to explain that I was a licensed contractor looking for warranty information and kept getting cut off and talked down to like a child i would definitely recommend another hvac supplier all I wanted to do after this conversation was slap the jerk who answered the phone

Fast courteous and knowledgeable. They even helped load the truck

Run by a couple of con-men, get your supplies elsewhere. Refund policies that they won't honor or will charge you based on whatever they think you'll pay.
