Green Comfort Systems

We are absolutely thrilled with our choice to use Green Comfort Systems. We have a two story home here in Baltimore that had duct work done on the first floor for a non working unit for AC and radiators and a boiler for heat.
The team of Ron, Spencer and Matt came out and had the old unit removed, the boiler removed, and AC running on our first floor in one day. They came out as planned and installed a ductless system for our three bedrooms upstair on another day a few days later and had that completed, radiators removed, and a now a nice cool house.
We really can't get over how good this all went and are super impressed by how quiet the entire system let alone how easily it cools our home. I'd recommend them to you if you were my family or friend so yes, i certainly recommend them here for all to see.

I don’t normally rate companies. But I will give this company 5 stars. I found the owner to be Professional and very knowledgeable. He came out when he said he would and had estimates in my hand right away. He didn’t up sale me or pressure me. I even texted him on the weekend with an instant response. The crew was on time and even worked in the rain. They all had foot booties to protect my floors. They worked very hard and did a great job. They had a couple of things that needed to be finished but only because we asked them to get out of the rain and go home. Ron came back Saturday morning and completed the work. Ron also made some changes that made the job even better. I believe the company will have a great success with the way they do business. Thanks Guys

We had a great experience with the crew from Green Comfort Systems. They performed a thorough diagnosis, were honest about the repairs that were needed (no upselling or rendering our unit end of life), and had fair prices.

We ended up needing a new line run on the outside of our home and into our attic. The parts came in quickly and they were even able to match our siding.

We will definitely be calling them again. A trustworthy company!

The Green Comfort technician, David, dismantled my heat pump and quickly found the source of the failure. He explained the problem and what it would take to repair it. When he installed the new parts, the unit worked perfectly. He also gave me the opportunity to purchase a service contract which, given the complexity of modern systems, I would no longer go without. All in all, a good experience.

We have used this company for years. My previous house we thought we had to replace our entire system but it was just the thermostat. They just replaced our entire system and it was $3000 lower than the other estimates we received. Because they’ve taken such good care many of my friends and family members have also used them for replacements and repairs and have also had great experiences with them!

Professional and knowledge technicians. Very quick response and reasonable price for the quick service provided. The lady who who responded to my service call was very friendly and professional. She updated of the technician arrival, which allowed me to coordinate their arrival time without wasting extra time waiting. I would definitely recommend their service.

As soon as spring hit, the weather got hot in a hurry! My A/C system had not been running right since last summer. The company I called then, said my system was older and insisted that a whole new system was needed. I simply couldn't afford it and they were completely unsympathetic. This time I called Green Comfort. Rhonda set up my appointment quickly and was not pushy at all! Bruce came out to my house exactly when he was scheduled to be there, did exactly what I asked him to do, and never tried to convince me more was needed. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. My A/C is running great now! It didn't cost me an arm and a leg and they have earned my business for life!

Excellent customer service and professionalism.
