I love working with this company. It’s not the first time we’ve had them out, they did a great job like a year ago for our grandmothers house (and now it’s our house). They called and were actually a little over an hour early, worked out perfect because there was a storm coming for right around the time window the technician was supposed to be here.
Everyone is so nice! Great price too!!

Full disclosure: I was recommended to Green Comfort Systems by an old friend of mine, who I found out worked there, when I was in need of an HVAC professional. I was happy to give my business to someone I knew I could trust, and I'm happier for it!

I rent in Baltimore city and have two wall-mounted split units that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in years, to the point the blower fan had black mold caked on and a very unpleasant smell. I got in touch with Erik and he quoted me a fair price for a cleaning of both. Felipe came out and did an excellent job, though a second servicing was required due to one of the units rusting the fan onto the motor shaft, requiring a full unit disassembly. Felipe was courteous and went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable.

Erik and the team went further and were able to order a replacement part that had been broken when I'd tried to personally disassemble and clean the units. They were able to get the part at a cheaper price than I could find elsewhere, and even installed it for me.

They're a great team and I'm happy I called.

After vetting a few companies Green Comfort Systems was straightforward with the options, written estimates and options to customize our needs. In addition they provided a follow-up visit based on a question I had providing clarity. I am very please with our new system and our interactions with Green Comfort Systems.

Green Comfort installed my daughters HVAC system and she was very impressed so I decided to call them when I had problems with my AC condenser. Both techs wore masks when in my house which pleased me. Very respectful, knowledgeable and explained what they did. Offered suggestions to help me make the system function better. I will definitely be calling them again and referring them out!!

I would like to thank you guys for your punctual on the appointment. They send me very professional and helpful young man to check my ac because there was leak, he feagured out the problem and did great job. He even checked the the fridge level my ac and refilled it. Anyway I was Happy with the service and professionalism of the technician. Definitely I recommend them for any HVAC service.

Easy time booking the service, maintenance plan seems affordable, Erik emailed me the report and pics that I needed for my landlord.
