Great experience with Green Comfort Systems. Emily was so responsive and fast to answer when we started having issues with our AC unit. With the summer heat and having a baby we were worried about our home getting too hot. Emily got their technician Bruce out to us quick. He was knowledgeable and professional. We had a great experience with Green Comfort Systems!! Kyle and the team were very knowledgeable and discussed different options for installing HVAC in our home. We ended up going with all ductless but discussed pros and cons or doing partial with ducts. We were able to get an appointment for consult the next week and installation a couple days later. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

One of our a/c units went off unexpectedly after a hot weekend. Green Comfort Systems responded quickly, fit us into their busy schedule, and communicated with us when there was a change that allowed them to show up even earlier than expected. The office staff was friendly and responsive. The technician was conscientious, took care to keep our property safe/clean, and was transparent about all of the steps he took to repair our unit. Our house had been renovated back in 2011 and the builder's grade AC system installed at the time was failing. After a few Summers sweating it out, we finally decided to bite the bullet and get a new system installed. We contacted 3 companies to provide estimates and decided to go with Green Comfort Systems whose team was responsive, answered all our questions, and gave us multiple options for upgrading our AC that were detailed and reasonably priced. About a week later they had our new unit installed, removed the old system from a tight closet space downstairs without damaging anything in our home, and actually left the place cleaner than they found it. The owner and techs who came out were all extremely friendly, polite, and professional, and they had the whole install done quickly without any problems. Truly 5-star service that I would recommend to anyone who's in the market for HVAC work.

We had attempted to use several other companies before being referred to this one. Kyle and his team were so responsive and timely. They did an EXCELLENT job on our AC and Splitter units. We have an older city home which can present challenges. They took the time and care to do everything right and we couldn't be happier! They were very competitive with their pricing and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Had a cat sneak into our unit from a broke vent under the house. They were able to help get the cat out safe, and then fix the duct so he doesn't go back into it! This happend at 11pm and they responded very quickly!
