Highly recommend Hughes! We received 3 estimates and Hughes was the most reasonable. And within their estimate, they provided several different options that met our budget. They did not disappoint. Their team was efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. Jason and Chad are fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased with the process and the end result.

I called United Plumbing which I guess merged with Hughes. I also rated them too because I'm so grateful for the service I got. It was raining crazy and my basement was flooding due to a pipe not flowing properly from sump pump and it needed a valve or whatever. They guy showed up in no time and checked it, had to go get part but came back quickly and fixed it super fast! It was reasonably priced and they were really nice. Thanks again! I would definitely recommend.

I have nothing but nice stuff to say about the wonderful team at Hughes. It is always stressful when you need a big repair. You never know if it will cost you an arm and a leg or if you will get quality work done. From the moment I called their office they put my fears at ease. They came out quickly for a no pressure quote. They explained exactly what I needed. They work with top products and they were able to offer me the options of what would work best for my home. I am so glad I chose Hughes. I will definitely use them for any future needs.

If I could rate Hughes Mechanical a zero I would. I had a forced air system installed in my attic by Hughes a few years ago. The system began to leak into my kitchen because of condensation from the air in the attic onto the pipes associated with the system. I asked Hughes to come out to evaluate and repair the problem. They made it worse. The tech did not return the condensate line into the condensate pump further damaging the ceiling. I have yet to receive a return call from the owner. I would never recommend this company.

We have used Hughes mechanical several times both at our old house in the city and now at our new house in Sparks. They are amazing! They are professional, on time, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and honest, efficient and reasonably priced. I cannot sing their praises enough!! Everyone in our neighborhood used them from our recommendations. My elderly parents have used them several times, as has now my brother. For us they have repaired the AC, repaired an old water heater and then eventually replaced it. I believe they did the heating at my parents house along with their water heater replacement. I would recommend them hands down to anyone looking for any HVAC needs!

Chad and his co-worker were awesome. They did a great job. Showed up on time, completed the large job of replacing my entire HVAC system in a timely manner. They are kind and helpful. They checked all of their work to make sure that it worked. They walked me through everything and showed me how all of the new appliances work. They cleaned up after themselves and places my belongings back were they originally can from because they were moved to complete the job. I would recommend this company to anyone that needed their services. I would also go back to them if I need their services. I am extremely happy with the equipment and workmanship of the guys that completed the work for this job. Thanks for all the help.

Dion was quick, clean and friendly! Can’t recommend him enough. Hughes reached out to us and gave us suggestions to save money. They fit us in quickly and communicated clearly! We are customers now for as long as we live in the area!

Excellent response time and service. In the dead of winter my heating unit blew. I called, they arrived same day, and gave us two estimates. The job was completed within days and at a lower price quote then another well known competitor.

We asked for certain repairs to be done and were not. Repair quality of things that were done was not great, could have just done the repairs myself, didnt since needed someone certified for the work to be signed off. And who re-installs a damaged air filter without informing the homeowner, smh.two stars is for being ontime with arrival and repair completion.

Hughes Mechanical serviced my Rinnai tankless water heater and did an excellent job diagnosing problems with the installation and functioning of my system. They were professional, transparent and honest with every step of the process, which is hard to find among the many companies out there. Being able to trust what you are being told is hard to find in the HVAC & plumbing business, but I believe you can trust Hughes!
