    I had a Carrier Greenspeed Heat pump and furnace installed by BGE Home about 10 years ago. I love the equipment. But I also have BGE Home Warranty. Recently I went back and forth trying to get a renewal on the warranty. What a train wreck! I finally had the contract renewed after days of false promises and the crazy back and forth on the phone and through emails. So today, I called early this morning to have warranty maintenance on my home generator that is also under BGE Home. My window of time was 12 Noon to 4 PM. I left my work specifically to be at my house since being at the house is a BGE Home requirement. At 4 PM I called BGE Home and told them no technician showed up. After being placed on hold, I was told the technician would call me. It's now 5 PM and the technician called saying they JUST RECEIVED my message and my appointment is not on their screen or in the system. Well, I have a confirmation number! They said they are a half hour away.

    I want to thank BGE Home, who at one point I highly respected, for disrupting my day. It appears, now that Constellation has taken over the service business, the paperwork and actual service maintenance has failed.

    Horrible! It’s not 5:36 PM and still a no show!!

    In reply to your response, the confirmation number I was given was 4565078. Also, when the technician finally showed up I was on the phone with a woman who registered a complaint and confirmed my phone numbers. You can spend the time looking me up, or not, I'm not doing your work for you.

    Horrible experience. My mother has a contract had appointment for full electrical refresh guy didnt show, another guy called and didnt know the scope, a 3rd guy called and said he would take care of it and didnt. Calls, emails all unanswered and customer service is clueless. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    I was given a 7 to 12 am appointment to have my dishwasher repaired. A representative called me at 11:55 am to tell me that the technician was going to me a little late. I called back to confirm the arrival time of the technician only to be told that they couldn’t give me any information on the techs arrival. I was redirected to reschedule and I asked to speak to a supervisor who had no answers for me. Now at 5 pm I just received a text alerting me that they have arrived. If I could give less than one star I would. I day off of work waisted. SMH

    The problem was fixed after more than a week. Wouldn't have been too much of a problem if it weren't winter with freezing temps. Techs are good at their jobs. It's the customer service that needs improvement. Tech requested for me to receive 2 loaner heaters that day. They didn't arrive and I had to purchase one. The next morning I get a call with apologies that they would be delivered in a "couple of hours". That evening, the two heaters are delivered. Less than 30 minutes later, I get a voicemail from a different person that my heaters were on the way. I'm so glad I called him back. If not, I'd have had 4 heaters. Communication doesn't work if isn't EFFECTIVE! I'm warm now. I suppose all's well that ends well.

    Jordan and Ramon are a fantastic representation of great service-Constellation (BGE) home should be very proud of their hard work. They installed our hot water heater quickly and we very informative, eagerly sharing their step by step installation process. Jordan, arrived on time and was extremely helpful and professional!! Thank you both for a job well done!!

    Had sewer/ water line replaced. BGE subcontracts with a company Zoom Drain for this type of work. I only used because I purchased plan for $10 a month and BGE covers part of the cost which is helpful because this type of work is expensive. My driveway had to be dug up along with part of sidewalk and yard to complete work. I am hoping the work done is quality work but not sure. Contractor was very dismissive and did not care to return my property as it was. Many days they sat around doing doing nothing, laughing snd joking and smoking. My property was left a mess each day they finished up work. They destroyed my entire driveway even though th yes only had to dig up one area of driveway. They destroyed my neighbors yard and did not correct. I have had leaking in my basement because the ground where the work was completed continues to cave in due to heavy rains. BGE has sent people out to back fill with dirt but it continues to wash away. There seems to be NO urgency on BGE part about the damage being caused . How many times will I have to call BGE Manager Tony S. to deal with the ground caving? They expect me to pay them $8,000 plus when they have not restored my property as it was and I continue to have other issues as a result of their work! They will not get paid one dollar until they fix my property. Even the drain installed at driveway pulled up out of ground. I am so worried about the water coming in my cellar and mold building up just horrible! I just pray that the work done is quality work because I don't have extra funds to correct if not. So frustrated just causing me more problems and money. Not good experience. If you can afford to hire your own company please do so because the contractor BGE uses , those people don't care. They have no loyalty to customer only to BGE. I don't trust either.

    Nino Apicella, Service Technician, did a phenomenal job servicing the AC unit. He was punctual, polite, and professional. And, he took the time to explain the problem to my level of understanding. The work was covered under my service contract so there was no out of pocket expense. I am a completely satisfied customer. Thanks, Nino, for being an honest HVAC technician and for your expertise. Job well done. You (and Cameron) are assets to the BGE Home/Constellation organization.

    I canceled certain services on my grandmothers account 2 years ago…. Her furnace stopped working so we called to get a technician out and we were informed that she has a outstanding balance on the services that she canceled… now they won’t send anyone out because of it… my grandmother has been a costumer for 20+ years… this is ridiculous

    I needed my washer repaired. It worked but needed a part. The technician came and ordered a part and said they would return when the part came in. Two weeks later a new technician came and said the part was the wrong one. However he broke the machine when trying to install it. So now I have no machine and it’s been almost a month. And I was told they would rush it since it was their mistake. Poor service , inexperienced technicians. I am missing time off from work. So sorry I went with this company. I won’t make this mistake again
