I called them out of the blue after hours. The technician I spoke with was highly knowledgeable and as it wasn't an immediate emergency provided recommendations for the night and said his office would call to schedule an appointment for the morning.

True to his word, they called first thing. A technician arrived within an hour and fixed the problem. Although a different technician, he too was highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

From the on call staff, to the scheduling team, to the technicians providing the service, everyone was timely and highly professional. 10/10

The staff was very professional and courteous. They installed a new furnace, a/c unit, and thermostat. Ask for William, Larry, and Mason. They are 5-Star worthy. I had several quotes for this project and I actually chose the highest because I had peace of mind with Elite. Cheaper isn't always better.

The tech quickly identified the problem, then showed me the issue and explained the repair process. My house was back to normal very quickly. They are now my HVAC service providers!

Billy was great. Early, thorough, found the leak, filled the freon, replaced the filter in under 90 minutes from the time I called. Recommend to anyone.

Company was very responsive and came out next day. A day or two later company owner came out to recheck measurements. Emailed to approve estimate and same day got call when installation would take place.

Working with Elite Air Solutions was one of the easiest parts of our home renovations. We recently bought an as-is short sale and had no idea of the condition of our heating and air system other than that it didn't work. We weren't sure if we were dealing with a repair or replacement. After hearing about our situation the owner, Lenny, came out to our home to assess the condition of our system himself. He was extremely helpful and polite. We eneded up needed a replacement of both units, which I suspected based on the age. They were fast to get us on the schedule and replace both units as quickly as possible. They sent out a team of four which made install quick, less than one business day. They were all friendly and professional, and left our home spotless after work was completed.
